I just found one of the small base “Santa Claus is Coming to Town” models, it’s the Canadian one with the dark vest. The plastic pivot at the back was broken and I glued it back on, so his arms move again but there’s a free spring attached to the centre piece that looks like it should go somewhere else I can’t figure out. He moves with encouragement but not under his own power. Now too sure as to why.

A friend of mine had the jingle bell rock version but they got rid of it a long time ago
