British cuisine actually exists lol.
The fact that this segment uses food and wine as a source, is demoralizing to those where the ability to chef came from. Those kitchens where the less than people slaved, are still not recognized as they should be in food and wine. For CBS to perpetuate this using Tony Dokoupil is enough for our club to turn off the dish segment, and question the CBS message.
Who should CBS use as a reference?
Also I've seen them include a variety of chefs on Saturday and Sunday morning and the dish segment
