Now what am I going to do. I already own seven of your games, and this one looks like a true delight! When am I going to find time to enjoy these! Great work as always, Mike.
i really like the path you have took in your designs, in this i feel a lot of fof, and that's great (because fof was a blast to me, but just now it's too complex for my mind, and this option is just the right stuff i needed). thanks, mr. Lambo.
I was thinking of going for Solicia or the Spiders next but I really like the orders allocation in this. You're going to ruin all my monster hex and counter games for me. :)
Another awesome looking game, Mike! I just ordered it. I keep seeing people comparing this to Fields of Fire. I bought that game when it first released, and the rules were completely incomprehensible and the game was a massive disappointment for me. I have heard that they released a new version with improved rules and such. Does it make that much of a difference? I REALLY wanted to love Fields of Fire, but the rules were just so horribly written that I could not even begin to play it.
@@jglaziers I love Fields of Fire but I confess I did rewrite the rules to simplify them for my own house. It still influences my design choices today, especially this one and Assault on Vimy Ridge.
Yes it does, but you have to consider what it is and what its purpose is. Once you read the rules the left page is simply an order of play and rules summary sheet. It avoids the need to go back and look at the rules whilst playing. Each item on there will remind you of a rule you read or is a chart to use in play. Honestly, it looks much more scary than it is.

Great work! So far looks like an upgrade on the Vimy Ridge system? Will watch the other 2 videos to find out!

@@CALPURNI0 Yes, I love FoF and it is an inspiration in a few of my games
Thanks for another really fun play through! The artwork in the hexes is really quite detailed and engaging.

Staff sarge' roll typical when the dice begin to loose magic😁 mines do the same in all critical moment...

Me map looks really pleasant...the left page looks overwhelming😅

Looking good Mike. I have a new printer so might purchase it via WGV.
Either way is good for me. Thanks for your support. Hope you enjoy it.
