Paul Walker's acting got better and better as the movies went on. His emotion when he breaks into the jail into Broga's cell and Broga tells him about Letty was amazingly acted, and rather unusual considering Fast and Furious was never about great acting. Paul Walker gave it his all.

They’re not lowriders, they are just really old muscle/pony/offroad vehicles, since they are so high off the ground compared to the Impreza Brian is in, it gives them an advantage, because they are off road.

Right here... this tunnel scene... this is what I consider to be the turning point in the FF series... where it went from the somewhat grounded street racing underground and morphed into a complete bonkers shitfest about global spy thrillers and bankvault drag races and cars-hanging-from-planes. It switched ever so slightly, with the overbearing CG in this tunnel scene heralding what was to follow in the upcoming sequels.
