When it comes to HIM, he's probably one of my favorite villains in animation and honestly a really cool concept for a character overall. He was easily the best villain next to Mojo and I love a villain with flamboyant mannerisms or layers of caring about others. You would not get away with a concept like HIM in animation today. For me Octi Evil, Speed Demon, Tough Love and Telephonies were his best appearances. By far I think the best HIM scene that is really underdiscussed is his entire opening sequence of Tough Love, his rant in the bathtub, which compliments his oddly eerie tone, his comedic tone alongside his eerie nature with the rubber duck was so good, however what sold it for me was when he turns into the moon and his evil laugh after he spreads the hate mist, it truly cemented HIM as the HIGHEST class on the power totem pole, and the girls don't even defeat HIM directly, just overcome his plan. However, if I had to give a rather hottake, I felt HIM went through villain decline as the show went on and people don't really talk about it. He went from being the one villain that the girls felt uneasy toward, but would still fight despite their hesitance, to basically just as desperate and easily defeated as the other villains. This is most obvious in the Seasonal Rot Seasons 5 & 6, but this happened as early as Season 4. They also lost a lot of his comedic balance with his sinister tone as well. For me the worst cases of villain decline from HIM were the season 4-episode Power Noia where he creates nightmares for the girls and the episode where he revives the Rowdyruff Boys, while pulling a stunt like dream manipulation is up HIM's alley, he just fumbles at the end by just being easily defeated while in one of his various forms, then cowers in fear of being attacked again. Which doesn't seem like a HIM move, compared to earlier seasons where the girls would only defeat him indirectly or in Speed Demon where he doesn't take their blows. In The Boys are Back in Town he's portrayed as a desperate villain who can't seem to do anything to the girls and doesn't have his commanding presence he did before, such as when he calls Mojo in Season 2's Telephonies pissed off at being intruded on by the girls and Mojo gives him a "yes sir". For me the last time I felt HIM was utilized well was in HIM Diddle Riddle since, while comedic it was fun seeing him test the girls in ways other villains don't and despite being played up as a joke, he actually manages to win against them. Even HIM's eerie echoes from his falsetto to demonic voice became less threatening, as not only was there less echo in the voice lessening the creepy factor, but the falsetto part of the voice was emphasized. I believe even in his last appearance it's just spent with him bickering with Mojo over who gets to father over the Boys while his other worldly powers when he moves the sun away with a wave of his hand is used as a gag. HIM wasn't the only villain that suffered, Mojo did as well, but I feel this is an element not really discussed.

Everyone be saying Him is scary and all but for me when I first saw Him I was confused if he was a female or male💀
I came here because I wanted the backstory of this character. Instead I became shocked that there is a fourth powerpuff girl.
I won't lie, Kaiju Him was one of the coolest thing I've seen in that show!
the more I know about him, the more I'm convinced he's just playing with them and loses on purpose not to break its toys
While Mojo Jojo is in my Opinion the Best Villain in the Series to how he’s the Complete Opposite of the Girls and how He’s Important to the Lore,However HIM is the Most Evil,Unpredictable,Mysterious, and Dangerous Villain not Only on the Powerpuff Girls but Everything Media,HIM is one of those Demonic Villains that wants to bring Outer Chaos and Destroy while Torturing His Enemies Psychologically and if the Plan Fails,He would Never Repeat the Same Mistake as He would Improve,The Girls are the Embodiment of Love and Hope for a Better Future as they’re made from Sugar,Spice, and Everything Nice and HIM Despises Them for that Key Factor that it might be his Weakness but both Him and the Girls knows that they were Lucky no matter how many Times they Stop Him Him will Always Be the Biggest Thorn for the Powerpuff Girls’ Side they can’t Stop that in a Way it’s a Tragedy.
Ah I remember him, the devil in heels 👠
Even though he was the scariest thing to me as a kid, those gucci boots are fierce !
As a kid, I thought Him was actually the devil
When i was a child due to his looks I thought he mightve been a female (despite his beard). But his voice made me think he really was a male. I admire his powers but I see him (pun intended) as the cartoon satan
My head cannon is HIM and Prof X had a thing like a Faust and Mephisto deal. Now cuz Prof has kids HIM is just trolling. 😂
This character was one crazy Mother Lover ! Lmfao 🤣
This villain made me so incredibly uneasy as a child. He is just so awkward.
10:12 owner of a what again?
Him looks like one of santa's lil helpers who is confused about his sexuality then escaped santa to do his own stuff
Am I the only one who thought that Him's dress was a Santa Claus outfit as a kid?
He'd fit right in today with a certain movement
This villain was pure nightmare fuel for me as a child. Sometimes when I used to watch this show, and I watch an episode I haven't seen and whenever he appeared on screen I'd be like: NOPE! *Shuts off TV*
I love HIM so much, def my fav villain. Not just favorite villain, though he’s also my favorite character.
Him is serving drag house Christmas realness hunny
Purrrrr
I always loved the pitch changes In his voice 😈
Two characters scared me as a child. Him and Goldust
I just thought he was gay and not a threat
Probably the BEST and most FUN animated villain since the Joker. Certainly he’s my favorite!!! All Hail HIM!!!!!!!!❤❤
Maybe only Aku from Samurai Jack is funnier, I noticed usually HIM doesn't like to troll the Powerpuff girls as much as Aku trolled Jack 😅😂
I thought i was the only one who was scared him
You not alone I'm surprised they got away with making this character and parents never complained but they complained about Invader Zim talk about irony😅
I'm pretty sure it was confirmed that Him was inspired by Frank N Further from the Rocky Horror Picture Show
HIM was my favourite villains of the series
I prefer not knowing the name simply referring to them as HIM is scary itself
HIM was gay no one will convince me differently...
Duh he had a huge cruch on the profecer
Speed demon was terrifying
HIM’s got drip!
Fun conspiracy theory is him is actually the professors gay brother that's why he always calls him him
I ❤HIM UGH ICONIC
HIM is definitely a was a constant menace for ppg 😂😂😂😂😂
If HIM been made on cartoon this year era. Everyone would get triggered by it. Blame it as lgbt and trans symbol
Wouldn't be surprised if Him was based off the villain in yellow submarine
That’s a good guess! Definitely seems like the creators got inspired by the blue meanies for sure!
Dude I was horrified when I first saw him on screen as a kid but I was even more confused
“Why tf is that lobster wearing a skirt?”
bro got planets booping and booping LMFAO, ain't no way id fight him!!!
