That was wonderful!!! Chris sounds just like Jake! He should be singing!! The velvet voice of the late great Jake Hess!! Blends perfectly with his son Chris!!! God is so good!!! What a performance!!

Chris sang for many years with his Dad, as a baritone. First when the Big Chief died and the Statesmen were briefly a trio with Rosie, Jake and Chris. They also sang together in the family group Jake formed after his heart attack. And then Jake and Chris were the musical portion of Dr. Gene Scott’s program.
