Intro to Chocolate apricots and Stuffed dates

  • This is my recipe from The Jewish Cookbook - one I wrote in 1997. Surprisingly it is not dated and that's because it includes recipes from many cuisines, which had been absorbed into the concept of 'Jewish' food' over a long period. It was hard to choose from the 70 recipes in the book, but I ended up featuring the simple Chocolate Apricot one because it is quick, easy and brings a smile to anyone who tries it.
