Memo I don't know if you handle all of this on your own, and if so, it's admirable! I'm just starting to acquire plants, and I think I already have about 40, and lately, I've been feeling exhausted and overwhelmed because I'm trying to give them the best care. I have them in pon and thanks to you, I've found Liquid Gold Leaf. Now I'm dealing with mealybugs and thrips... and with a full-time job, it's challenging to keep the plants healthy. However, it fills me with happiness to see a new and bigger leaf. Thank you for your videos; I know they represent a great effort!
Hey Angelica! It's a lot of work, but the plants bring so much joy! 😊 Remember, it's okay to ask for help or use aids like neem oil for those pesky bugs. And yeah, every new leaf is like a little victory! 🌱✨ Keep going, and thank you for the love.
Aloha Memo, Mahalo, Mahalo, Mahalo for the Full Plant Tour!!!! Appreciate seeing the plant shelf’s up close, & the questions & mysterious revealed. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve eye balled the Esmeralda anthurium leaf next to the Esmeraldense leaf & scratched my head & said hummmmm. And the Dark Lord - Painted Lady was also a puzzle. In closing, the Tour allowed all of US permission to breath & know we don’t have to punish our self’s for not having every plant perfect….. Congrats on a lovely collection blessed grounding plant babies!!!!! Much Aloha Memo!!!!! Mahalo…….
Aloha and Mahalo for your kind words! 🌺🌿 It's always about sharing the love and knowledge of plants, and I'm so glad the tour helped in some way. Here's to more plant discoveries and keeping them grounded! Much Aloha back to you! 🌸
Haha, it was a facepalm moment for sure! 🤦♂️ But hey, all for the love of sharing plant info and visuals. Thanks for sticking with me and enjoying the mix! Cheers to more plant adventures! 🌿🥂
My god..heaven seeing all of those plants!! And ..we just got started..had to put my input in..lol. Love your videos and you are adorable!! Love from Nova Scotia Canada 🇨🇦
Roxanne, your enthusiasm is infectious! 😄 Thanks for all the love! Shoutout to Nova Scotia! Hope my little green jungle can bring a smile to your face every time. Sending planty love to Canada! 🇨🇦🌿❤️
I could talk with you for days about plants😊 I have the cutucuense and I recently chopped it because he was not doing well at all, yours is absolutely gorgeous. And those anthuriums ❤love them. About pests, I already left you a comment on another video about the sulphur hot box, you need to give it a try because is a game change 😉. You need more hoyas in that room, so let me know if you want some because I have some interesting ones😁 Love your long videos❤ I enjoy them in the morning with a long coffee 😂❤
Your enthusiasm is so infectious! 😄 Let's definitely chat plants sometime. And I'll look into the sulphur hot box. As for hoyas... you've piqued my interest! I can never say no to more plants, mine are all on bright window ledges in my house so they get optimum light conditions
The moment I took a big mouthful of water you started screaming SUPERRR BUMMMM 😂🤣💀 My floor needed mopping anyway. An amazing collection! I'm currently trying to figure out the philo Brandi, she's struggling hard. I'm thinking of moving it to semi hydro, either leca or Pon, your opinion? I'm a chronic under-waterer
Haha, oh no, sorry for the waterworks! 🙈😂 Maybe I need to give a "no drinking" warning next time. Regarding your philo Brandi, if you tend to under-water, semi-hydro might be a great idea. Both leca and Pon can work wonders for some plants. Just make sure to monitor closely during the transition. Good luck, and keep me updated on your Brandi's journey! 💪🌱
@@Houseplantygoodnessturns out there are spider mites in my plant hospital shelf! 😔 guess that takes care of my struggling plants, Brandi, Peru cuttings, a few anthurium corms, even the baby spider plants.
Try an obliqua Peru on a moss pole. The runners are a sign it is looking for something to climb up against. Makes sense, in nature it needs to find a tree to climb in and why waste energy by producing leaves. I even think the runners move to darker spots because tree trunk are in a shaded area. I am afraid my wetstick turned out to be something they sell as Monstera adensonii obliqua, though maybe the holes get bigger soon ( it is on a moss pole, no runners, might bebbacauseits not a real obliqua, might be the pole is doing its work)
Thanks for the tip on the obliqua Peru! 🌿 The way plants interact with their environment is so fascinating. I hope your wetstick turns into a beauty, even if it ends up being a Monstera adensonii obliqua. We learn something new every day, right? 😄🌱
@@Houseplantygoodness absolutely I think people enter into it a bit naively, myself included as to how much work an indoor jungle actually is 😆..I did get up to around 200 but began to find it a little overwhelming tbh, and with the allotment and the reef aquariums to boot, plus as they’ve got bigger there literally isn’t space - my apartment is 50sqm 😆 You have a great collection 😊
I've always been curious of what the whole space looked like. Great tour! I yelped out loud with laughter during your Super Bum outburst😂 I always watch videos at 1.25-1.50 speed so it was extra funny sped up😂😂
Hey Memo! Great tour! I love all the uncommon Anthuriums you got there! I am so glad you love the mounts! Your orchids look amazing! You have more orchid mounted in them than I do haha! How do you like having really tight cache pots? I think they really helps with retaining moisture, and it makes having a bigger collection much more manageable!
Hey North, thanks glad you enjoyed it. yeah i try to go for lesser known Anthuriums if i can. I absolutely love the mounts they have been the biggest game changer for me this year as well as the tight cache pots, they are awesome and you are so right so much more manageable with the watering. thanks again so so much!
Great tour Memo 👍 Loved seeing all the different plants in your collection. Filming the whole thing twice must have been frustrating! Thanks for doing it again 😀🇨🇦
I hope you have room for me because I’m moving in! I promise I don’t need much room but we’re probably going to have to squeeze in my over 200 plants, not a problem I promise. And yes I’m bringing my Philodendron Tortum, you’re going to love him I promise. 🤣🤣🤣
Vicky, I'm rolling out the green carpet for you and your leafy buddies! 🌱😂 With that Philodendron Tortum, you're already VIP. But we might need to do a bit of plant Tetris to fit everything. Challenge accepted! 🌿🤣👍
Very very cool collection, Memo :-) Anthurium Esmeraldense looks particularly pretty, very nice combo with the philo 🙂 It´s like visiting a botanical garden 🙂 Editing: I like the chapter division with the overall photos - very well arranged. Plant review: I´d be very interested in your thoughts on a. villenaorum, b. brevirimosa and alocasia sinuata and Jacklyn (or any other alocasia you haven´t talked about yet - I have an alocasia fever/obessession :-D ).
Thank you so much! 😊 Your comparison to a botanical garden made my day. 🌳✨ As for your plant review request, I'll make a note of those names. Alocasia fever is real, and I totally get it! 🌿🤩 Stay tuned!
Great tour! Thank you so much for filming it not once but twice for us 💚 Have you done a care video for your philodendron esmeraldense? I purchased one a couple of years ago because of your beauty but it is the one philo I truly struggle with 😢
Sherry, you have eagle eyes! 🦅 Filming twice is no biggie when I've got such an amazing audience like you. For the philodendron esmeraldense, I did do a care video a while back so should be on the channel and I think I have 2 reviews in my reviews playlist where I talk about what care I give mine. Hopefully that might help with yours, let's get that philo thriving! 🌿💪💚
I have mine in shaded south facing window, humidity 60-70 all the time , RO water, gold leaf fertiliser, mosspole that never dries out, and still it gets smaller with every leaf.. it’s going in the bin soon I just cba with that b!tc£ no more.. everything else (150 🪴) around it sizing up wonderfully but I cannot get this one to do anything.. even started with a big plant of 14” leaves 🤷♂️

@Houseplantygoodness thank you.
I think hoyas are doing great in shade though. I am not a fan of sun stressed hoya...do you have Instagram?
Your videos arr terrific. Thank you for your work. I enjoy plants, my passion is for them. But thanks.
thank you so much for this video! loved every second of it
Thanks for sharing. I love your setup and have made a list of some plants to add to my wishlist!
You are so welcome! glad you found it useful

Absolute love this tour 😊 You have so many plants! It’s almost like I’m in a plant shop: happiest place to be 🥰
Thank you, Anne! 🌿💕 If my place feels like a plant shop, then mission accomplished! It's always been my little slice of planty paradise. 😊🌱

Fun video. Great tour. Like you, I can't wait to get the crab/spider vibe on my monstera pinapartita!
Thank you, Lori! Fingers crossed for that crab/spider vibe on both our monstera pinapartitas! 🕷🌿
Over 600!! You absolute mad lad 😂 I have 150 and that is a lot of work sometimes 😮 ✌️
Haha, thanks! 😂 150 is no small feat either, so kudos to you! Plant parenting can be a full-time job, can't it? ✌️🌱

much love as always 😊💚.
Kathy, your continuous support means the world! 🌍 Thank you for joining me on this journey. Sending you all the plant love. 😊💚
I think that I may be the first to watch. Yeah
I think you might 😉💚🌿🙌🙌🙌

Such Beautiful plants! How do you keep up with the watering?
Keeping up with the watering is a mix of routine, some tech gadgets, and a lot of love (and admittedly, some forgetfulness now and then 😅). 🌱💦
OMG, how could I forget to add "You got a nigrolaminum Gigi!" Yeeeesss 🤸♀🤸♀🥳🥳
Oh, Carey! 😂🤣 Twice the love in the comments, huh? Totally with you on the 'superb-um' thing. And yes, Gigi the nigrolaminum says hi! 🌿💃

Dear youtuber, did you find the link for the humidifan?
i have just got a huge leaf on my melanochrysum with really high humidity
Wow, Sam! A huge leaf on your melanochrysum sounds fantastic. 🌱 High humidity really does wonders! Share a pic sometime; would love to see. 📸

The sodori aff is a crawler. At least mine is. I have the true form which is a climber. If you got the aff from Ecuador, it'll crawl.
That's a great tip on the sodori aff! Knowing its nature can be so helpful in keeping it happy. I'll keep an eye on mine! Thanks for the heads up. 🌿👀
It's Monstera Dubia, not Dubaia. It's not from Dubai 😂
