Great to see you out there missing and putting arrows in trees. Makes me feel so much better. ... No, but really, fall weather is just around the corner. Best time for you to be out and shooting 🎯
That was a great video sir! Appreciate you bring me along! Thank you for the genuine, authentic 3D Archery adventure.. keep them coming sir! You have done so much for the traditional Archery community! You should be proud! Godspeed Danny
I took up archery in April this year, I’ve been a firearms shooter all my life and as such I’d say Im a gap shooter. Fortunately I have a great local 3D club. Thanks for showing the misses. Totally agree with your “pick up your crap” comment.
Great to see you & JT out slinging arrows! I detected a lot of Mojo! Nothing like a good old fashioned Archery Adventure with an old friend on a beautiful course with some wicked bows.
This is ace. Jim - after seeing your string push your cap, I'm back to thinking someone could make a killing selling 1/2 or 3/4 length caps for archers.
Some of the missed shots into the wilderness reminds me why I am reluctant to take my good arrows to 3D type shooting endeavors. No lost arrows, just not found yet!
Good to see you back shooting and making videos . I share your feelings about people clearing up their crap in the woods but would extend that to the whole country. It would seem it is acceptable and expected in Towns and cities. It feels like desecration when it comes to the countryside.
I have been using a rangefinder lately. I hope that after a while I’ll get better at judging distances and not need it. Deciding if that Sasquatch target is 8 ft tall and 20 yards away or 16 ft tall and 40 yards away is tough. In the mean time I’m spending a lot less time looking for arrows.
Hi Jim, Not much to add to the other comments, just feeding the algorithm! I’ve also been away from shooting for a year plus due to work assignment. I’ll be back at it early next year. Stay well!
I had the same problem with my ring finger..it would actually go numb...I also shot the same glove you have on now..I moved to a stick tight glove by black widow and haven't had any problems since.
Hi Grizzly Jim. Good to see ya roaming the woods. I was in the Black Forest today. They have some really nice 3D-Parcours there. But you know that too. Will you be seen again in Germany, Austria or in our small country, Switzerland? Is a new Gathering planned? Have a good time with the bow and arrows.
Hey Griz. Thanks for the video as usual. I really like the song in the background and was wondering who it is and the song name. I see you have the inked archer in the description but I couldn't find the song. Thank you in advance.
You have a gift man very few people can shoot a bow as good as you, so don’t waste it! Get yourself back making videos shooting your bow, run your business properly advertise your business! and you will see the success that you want. If your doing what you love it’s not work! Good to see you back
Hello Jim I want to travel to England in 2 weeks. I am not sure if i can take my Bow with me. Can you maybe tell me if i get problems when i cross then border from Germany to England. And is it allowed to shoot everywhere in England or only Parcours / society? I hope you can help an german archer with his problem😀
That’s a tough question. You shouldn’t really have any issues travelling with your bow because here in the UK it is legally classed as sporting equipment. But as for shooting it, there gets complicated. This is where the UK falls short compared to The rest of Europe, our 3D courses aren’t like yours where you can just pay and then go shoot, although there are a couple of exceptions. For the most part you would have to be a member of the club? Or at the very least know somebody who is a member that can take you round as a guest? I hope that helps my friend?
@@ArcheryAdventures Thank you my friend. Your answer helped me a lot. Now I at least know that I can bring my bow with me. I can't imagine 2 weeks without it. And please keep on going with your videos cause it is always a pleasure to see you shooting. all in the kill 😂
This is what we've been waiting for. Just like the good old days.
"you can shoot instinctive any way you want" that's why I fell in love with instinctive archery years ago! (Thanks to your old videos💪🏻)
Brilliant video Jim. Great to see the misses!. Love JTs bow
Thanks… I’m quite fond of it 😍
15:18 ...Totally agree....Wear a Dump Pouch when shooting in the bush..
Thanks Jim. I enjoyed watching that, but really I enjoyed watching you enjoying it.
Thank you for a good old (new) video and for the honesty of the good and bad arrows.
I absolutely love watching your videos. You are a huge influence in me loving traditional archery . Thank you.

Good to see you back, Jim!

Thank you so much for taking us with you. Such a pleasure to be back in the woodlands with you and your friend.
It's fantastic to see you out in the woods again! Love watching you shoot in the thick of it.
Great to see you guys out and about again. You may be too chill to compete when you're shooting but you've got some serious beard competition too ;)
Great to have you back.
Good to see you back out there Jim 👍
Great video! Enjoyed it. Nothing better than a simple bow and some arrows with a mate out in the woods.

I can't imagine a better shooting buddy. 🙂
I'm hoping to make my own arrows, " Making Arrows the Old Way" by Doug Wallentine
Thanks Jim loved the video, I’m on my way out to shoot right now instead of riding the couch.
Great to see you guys getting out in the woods again! But next time please wear name tags, it was hard to tell you apart! 😁😂
Hey! 🤔😅
I just have to remember you're the one skipping, and he's the manly one. 😜😁😘
Good to see you out there mate.
Was that a sly Pratchett reference thrown in there?
Maybe?
@@ArcheryAdventures I've just set up my own Grizzlystiks for the RK1. 666gr, that may be a premonition of things to come...😂
