The older version is better.. then the new one. I grew up playing commander Keene 1 and whatever other ones I had.
I was 6 or 7 when it came out. It was so fun. Childhood memories ☺️
The game was on The floppy Disks 😂 I just think they should keep the older version. but put it on a PC disc.. that could, be played now. rather than the new version.

I'm here due to playing a doom mod called Blade Of Agony that has many references to Commander Keen including levels that are like playing Keen as a first person shooter, but also it has at least one reference highlighting how many fans were actually happy when the mobile game that nobody liked or wanted was cancelled lol.

in doom 2 there are 2 secret levels:

in map32 there are 4 hanging commander keens behind cyberdemon
killing 4 of them opens the exit

I wasn't expecting it to jump from 1991 to 2001 to 2019. The 1991 version was the best. The 2019 version had better graphics but the art style was generic and the game play isn't as good.
