Funny how styles have changed or maybe it is taste differences, watching this for my daughter's wedding, she would have stopped this beautiful bouquet at about 13 mins into this video when there were less flowers, more simple. Love the colors.

Technique is less of an issue with a garden-style bouquet, as it is more "gathered" than structured. As you build, look in the mirror and go with you gut. If you like how it looks, it looks good.
Your bouquet is utterly stunning! May I ask why you don't use the spiral technique? Is there a benefit to just placing the flowers rather than spiraling them? It seems that every bouquet video is about spiraling.
Actually you want them to always face the same direction, in the traditional hand-tied method:) But there are lots of ways to make a hand-tied! As Kiana says, if you like it, it's good! :)
Most florists buy from wholesale markets. It depends on what city you live, but many are open to the public. If you don't need to buy in bulk, consider ordering from your local florist, perusing your farmers market, or foraging!:)

To be honest, the flowers themselves are beautiful, all are expensive ones with matching colors, but your technique was not good. You just put bunch of beautiful flowers together and luckily the overall looks good, just because again, the flowers r beautiful by themselves. First you need prepare all the flowers with leaves removed, not arrange them and clean the leaves at the same time or clean the leaves after. Even at the end, the leaves were still there. A very basic mistake I would say. And what is the spiral technique for a hand tied bouquet, i didnt see it at all. Also, looks like your bouquet is not balance, it’s heavier on the side towards the mirror.
Thanks for your comment. I don't make spiral bouquets. I make asymmetrical, garden-style bouquets. They are supposed to be "unbalanced", and the leaves are there because I find it more beautiful that way. This is garden-style design.

I understand you wanted to create a garden-style bouquet with some in - out and flows but i have the feeling that because of facing the main side of the bouquet to the mirror and not turning while arranging it could cause the unbalanced result. I’ve been seeing a lot of garden-style arrangements, some beautiful ones from your FB page as well and imho, yes they are asymmetrical but still balanced. Anyways, maybe it’s just a wording problem? :) I definitely will look for more info about it.
