Her songs are kind of "An event". You can't help but admire her, and her voice is almost spiritual in its call to arms. Given the right backing, she could become a star.
As for the title of the song, I believe here Samanta refers to an Ancient Chinese concept of dualism, commonly known as Yin & Yang, where YANG represents "light" - "sun" - "masculinity", whereas YIN stands for "dark" - "moon" - "femininity". According to all of these, it give us a hint, that new era is coming (Girls' power) 💃👑
The brilliant things are happening, when Aminata writes songs for Samanta 💥💯🔥 without Aminatas touch, those songs are just songs with a strong performer, but not iconic. So 2020 and 2021 is their teamwork.

I'm also from Latvia. I hated your reaction, because your opinion is not backed up by any logic. Calling Marija Naumova or Brainstorm songs bad just means that you're dumb. Marija won and Brainstorm got 3rd place what represents that those songs were loved and it was a different time when taste of music and produiction was different than it is nowadays. By your logic I can call Michael Jackson worse than Lil Pump because nowadays Jackson is less popular. The only reason why you love Samantas song is because they represent LGBT which is the most ridiculous reason for evaluating quality of music I've ever seen.

I have to admit her song last year, I didn't get it when I saw the live performance. Then when she released the video I was like 'Ah! Now I get it!'. I'm not sure if the casual Eurovision fan will understand this - but completely depend on staging. What hits you first is her, then the message of the song. If this was a contest for unique artists she would win hands down, but it's a song content. This should qualify but I think it will be a mid table finish. It's better than Russia in my opinion, but not as good as San Marino or Romania.
I love it but it reminds me of Athena Manoukan's entry from last year- Chains On You. That is a good thing however. It's a good solid entry and really compelling!

MY TOP 11 OF 2021 (so far) 1 - Switzerland 🇨🇭 Love it so much, it screams winner to me and give me some Arcade vibes although it's just a piece of art! 2 - Iceland 🇮🇸 Dadi is back with a danceable song, i like it more than Think about Things, although some of his energy is missing... 3 - Lithuania 🇱🇹 So much better than "On Fire" - just love the repetition of the "Dance Alone" by the backing singers :) 4 - Finland 🇫🇮 This is the Finland what I was looking for since 2018 😍 great song, great live vocals and will stand out! 5 - Italy 🇮🇹 Måneskin delivered on stage, it has a 70's or 80's vibe and it's just so different from everything Italy sent in the last years! 6 - Latvia 🇱🇻 QUEEN IS BACK 👑 What should I say, it's just the "Samantha style" as you said and i'm here for it 7 - Germany 🇩🇪 Jendrik probably is the most sympathetic participant ever, his song is so catchy and his performance will be great - also his outfits 😍 8 - Czech Republic 🇨🇿 Omaga is so catchy in my opinion and deserves to go through although it will be borderline ig :/ 9 - Australia 🇦🇺 Montaigne has a great dancable song with an earworm-character, hope she will have a great performance too! 10 - San Marino 🇸🇲 What a banger!
