actually I am brahmachari 2 years so lost my every aspect of lust thoughts in my life
This is also how I freed myself from a bad relationship. During meditation, I watched the past thoughts (good and bad) float by and did not cling. Even when crying or laughing over a memory, I expressed then released (like during a movie!).
Becoming self-less is the key toward peace. When seeking for self, there will always be a chain or a prison to something.
When no-self is the Ideal, there is no attachment.
