I went through a situation with my mom she sold my sisters for drug money, and also let my piece of shit dad rape my sister and molest me while she was getting high and she didnt feed us kids she used the money she got for drugs. They both are useless piece of shits and they both can rot in hell, i now live with my adobted dad and couldnt ask for better

It's like the one thing my son could do to disappoint me is be a bad father. He's only three and a half, but it's true because I'm a very good father to him. Not even good I'm a wonderful father to my son. And it would really let me down if he didn't carry that on to his children. It's literally like the one thing that could make me sad.

I think it's sad the grandparents have to become parents all over again just because of the actual parent not doing their job and protecting their own kids. But this grandfather is one of the best out there as he is protecting his grandchildren from this monster of a "mom".
Its not easy. I had my granddaughter from two months to 2 years so my daughter could work. She had no transportation so ir was easier fot me to keep her. My daughter helped financially though on her own accord. She also visited her twice a week and talked to her daily. It was difficult being a full time parent ro a little one again, but so fulfilling. She is now back with her mom and she will be three in a month. I do know that so many grandparents raise their grandkids without help from the parents at all. Its sad and heartbreaking for those babies.

My uncle is a paranoid schizophrenic and is institutionalized for his safety and the safety of others. The other brothers are non violent it’s just a chance you take as a parent. Parents don’t always have control over how they’re children will turn out when they aren’t in their constant care. I believe this man has a pure heart and is guided to do right for those children and that is a good thing! He may experience guilt because he feels that he is to blame for the creation of that woman, but he is not to blame for the personal choices she made in endangering those children. God bless ❤️

this reminds me of my story. my dad passed when i was 10 and i lived with my abusive and drug addict mother until i was 15. my grandfather (his name is also edward lol) got custody of me and i am so incredibly happy now. i wouldnt have it anyway else! thank goodness for this grandfather getting justice for his grandbabies.

I absolutely hate parents that choose drugs, alcohol and/or sex over their own children. I know that people can have issues with addiction but that's something you should've never gotten into in the first place if you were going to have children. These are things you should think about. You have to think before you act, period. She should be in jail for everything she's done to those poor children. I'm proud of the grandfather for stepping up to protect them.
Well my addiction started when my Dr. kept prescribing me pain killers for my back. So not everyone plans to get addicted. You can't just stereotype like that.

I agree . my youngest daughter, 22, unfortunately, is a drug addict. She got herself on permanent birth control. We dont condone murder of babies, abortion is not an option for us. I do have to give props for that. She said while she is on drugs she doesn't want to bring a baby into the world and pawn it off on me. She is currently in rehab and praying she follows through. There are far too many orphans from druggie parents. Its heartbreaking.
Addiction isn’t always just something thats picked up some people get addicted to things due to let’s say broke 3 ribs an femur 🦴 ok so the doctor gave you a prescription of narcotics okay by the time you are taken off your body is addicted . Similar situation with my granddaughter and her mother. My granddaughter is now 12, since the age of 2 1/2 my son fought for and gained custody and I have helped him in raising my granddaughter. I have often referred to her “Mother” as “incubator”.. sad but true analogy in so many cases. Thank God for this Grandfather, these kids have hope for a better life

Cannot stand people that use state assistance for drugs or whatever else. It makes it SOOOO hard for those of us that actually need and can benefit from these programs. Those of us that don’t abuse these programs and actually use them to be independent. Currently trying to get on SSI after being fired from multiple jobs because of my disability and it’s hard as hell BECAUSE of people like her. Gross.
I think if she really got SSI she probably wouldnt be having her kids pan handling for her drug habits.
Depends on where you live but SSI isn't alot of money.... In Michigan you get $841 a month that's nothing when it comes to drugs, a drug addict will have all that money gone in one day.... So it's very likely she gets SSI and pan handles because she's broke as soon as she gets paid....

I would say the one who came on the show and admitted to having horribly abuse and neglect her own child for 5 years. The smirk she had and laughing as she told her story and trying the whole “awe poor me I been abused” bullcrap. I would say that woman is the worst mother.
That one and the mom who had been sexually abusing her young infant daughter by French kissing her and calling her sexy B***h, which bye Steve didn’t hold her accountable. Didn’t offer to help the dad get her put in jail not did he suggest taking custody away and tried to say taking the child away isn’t the solution. Except had that been a father doing that, he would have told the mom to get him out in prison and take the child away from him.

This makes me so sick. I am so greatful this grandfather stood up and took those children in. I wish the system would've done me justice or had a family member care for me that much I was sexually, verbally and physically abused for 16 years and finally got out when I was 19 thanks to my now husband who showed me I didn't deserve to be there like I was made to believe my whole life. I pray everyday to be a better parent then what I had growing up. I pray everyday that my son never has to feel how I did or go thru what I did. Yet no one believes what happened not even my own mom. It's a sad and hurtful world. I pray these little kids get better and get the help they need to overcome all that they have been through. These episodes are hard for me. As a CSA survivor and a SA survivor I really feel for victims of these crimes. It was never my mother’s fault she did not know what was going on. No one knew but me and my abuser as a child. I live a great life now but it could have gone completely different. As a mother now of 4 children I have gone out of my way to makes sure they are safe. Can’t even begin to imagine a mother who could do these things to her children. It is gross! Absolutely nasty!! No excuse for any of it!!

I'm 23 and my mom has gotten back on drugs after 22 years...her ex husband used to destroy our lives when he was on drugs, idk why she'd wanna put us all through that again. He's gone but now she's on drugs destroying our lives. I wanna move me and my younger brother out but I'm struggling with everything and its mostly because of her
You're 23, grow up and stop blaming others for how bad you view your life, you've had over half a decade to move out and put your mother out of your life. Don't blame others for your choice to stick around as no one is s forcing you! You're an adult!

I cook, clean, work, and take care of my brother all while living with not only all that trauma but 2 debilitating health conditions. You really shouldn't say such things about someone you don't even know. I do not want to give up on her, I want to help her even though she's never really helped me. And I have been saving up to leave, do you think I'm stupid? But I'm gonna try to help her get back on track and sober before I do if possible

I used to weigh 120lbs. I had my first son. My ex lost his job, my first sons father. My son at the time was the age to where he could eat finger foods. A can of peas or beans or green beans or sandwich meats. His father at the time, ate every thing and didnt care about abyone else. And we only had enough to give my son for his meals. Then hed go out with his friends abd have them buy his food. Me, i didnt eat anything but the old jars of baby food or if a friend or family member came up once maybe a month and bring me fast food or on my moms days off, shed bring up an entire meal that we used for 3 days. But i hardly ate any real food because i wanted to know my son had his veggies fruits abd meats. So while my ex stuffed his face, i starved to make sure my son got his son. I even asked my sister (we had our 1st borns months apart) if she had extra foods or baby foods for me. I went to pantrys and everything but mist of them declined me and what i did get, i saved it for my son. Because of me being a mom, my stomach shrank and ive not been able to gain my weight back even though ive been trying. The lowest i weighed after that was 79. Finally got up to 84. And i have 2 more amazing healthy boys. So im just gonna keep on doing what ive been doing. But my point is, as a mother, youre not selfish. You sacrifice yourself for your kids which is exactly what i did and i have 0 regrets. Id do it again. She went out there ready to put on a waterworks show. Did you see her face when she shriveled it up? She was planning that but then she got interrupted. You definitely dont stay woth someone who hurt your kids either. Idk why she came on the show. Maybe she was still on drugs? Then she says she doesnt want her kids!? Shes never been a real parent and im glad their gpa has them now. Im sure hell figure out what to do if it gets tight and stuff because he actually cares for those babies. And he'll do it the right way too, not pan handling.
Idk if this woman thinks her emphasizing every other word, being so loud, and waving her bingo wing around like a magic wand makes her more believable; but it just makes her lies more obvious and her voice more difficult to listen to .

Also-I’m am addict . I had one child when I was using. I NEVER , NEVER put him in these situations . And would have never . Drugs aren’t an excuse. She’s just a POS. I love how these people do these terrible things & play the “it was the drugs” game. Nah. It was you. Just you.
