I thought Dingo was going to fail, but once he brought up that he had an affair with Shirley. I knew she was trying to get back at him so she made up the story that he molested her daughter

Like they need to be charged and sent to prison for years, and they also need to be labeled a liar so they aren’t given benefit of the doubt in the future and so it effects their ability to get a job because the employer knows they can’t be trusted if they willing to lie about something like this.

A local officer tried discrediting me by asking "where's the (evidence) then?" I showed him, he got a confession on bodycam, all in under 5 min, and still had the audacity to tell me "if you're making this up just say so now" SERIOUSLY??? This is how much they see false allegations, they're immediately biased and make up their mind before they even arrive, and any evidence to the contrary is dismissed immediately. It's good that they know they can't believe everyone, but it's scary they're at a point where they don't believe much at all.

What was even the mother's reason that took her to coach your own child to put away a innocent man for a crime that he didn't do? And not only that, his brother would have the audacity to not take his child to the hospital because he doesn't know how DNA or the whole process work. If you ask me, that sounds like a shitload of crap coming out of his mouth. And he's much less of a father and brother now for believing his manipulative wife over the lie detection test.
If it's your child and your wife, as a husband and father, it's your duty to look out for your family first. You don't know who to believe if you're in that situation.

If you falsely accuse someone of rape and the truth comes out the accuser could face libel, defamation, perjury, or slander charges.
You could also receive 180-200 days in jail and a $2k fine
