for JIGSAW door you have to leave the elevator at F1 and go up the stairs, then change into hanu to go through the boxes. The portal is above the elevator itself

I still don't get it
Are you talking about the painting behind the elevator that teleports you to the locked room on the same floor that was shown at the end?
If not, I don't see any other portals there that can lead to the puzzle above (on the 3rd floor?)

that soda guy at the start doesnt show up for me, i did all the challenges as far as i know and nothing. the last challenge though where you do the racing one on the railway, when i completed the chest pops up but then disappeared, i never opened it and dunno if its suppose to be like that or not. dunno if im bugged out. sometimes when i look on the map theres the soda icon at the challenge but when i go there theres nothing

I think you have to clear the F2 first, then you use the elevator to go to F1. After that, you go upstairs and morphing into Hanu. Next you do as he did in the video, and you will find portal there (I hope so).

I figured it out. It's not really explained in the video, but if you follow the instructions exactly step for step you can get it. Basically:
1.Go to floor f1 and press the elevator button to go to any floor (i chose f2 so not sure if this matters).
2. When the elevator comes down DO NOT go into the elevator. Instead go up the stairs to floor f2 where the main path is blocked by the shelves and head into the room with the tv to transform into hanu. Then go through the shelves in hanu form to enter the main room. The portal should be there where the elevator is supposed to be.
3. Run to tv and transform back and head through the portal.

You need to give them money, not fight them. It is so much easier (i think you need to choose the first option when talking to them)
