This is the first of seven videos that capture a cool, morning hike traveling counterclockwise around the 6-mile loop trail known as Palmer Trail, Section 16.
Because it is almost exclusively uphill, this video features quite a bit of my huffing and puffing, as I try to catch my breath on the trail. There is also the crunchy gravel sound present in so many of my other hiking videos. For me personally, these noises don't really detract from the video, but if you find them a little annoying, consider reducing the volume or even completely muting the audio.
