You my guy Kozact, but I think you be capping about how long your braids be in. There’s NO way those braids were in for a month and a half lol. Humans grow hair every single day there would be some type of new growth in your parts. Those shits are clean AF. They look like they were in for 2-3 weeks max.
I literally have that current style, but my hair grows so fast. They start looking fuzzy after about three weeks and with a lot of new growth. I need to try this method.
What do you suggest for athletes? I play rugby and work outside where my hairs exposed to sweat and humidity all the time.. braids look good for about a week then take a nosedive.

If I go gym 6 days a week and play sports how would you recommend I care for my hair each week? And how often you think I’ll need to get retwists/braids?

Mine look the same for a month, when you pull them you can see all the new growth but they get compressed during the night

I have these braids in right now and I don’t like the way how you can’t really wash your face because the braids is in your face
tie them with hair ties whileyou wash
