I did not know how much I needed the Bliss Brain Guided Meditation this morning After experiencing frustration and anger I now feel calm and compassion for the individuals involved . My promise to myself is to start each day with Bliss Brain Guided Meditation and to see where this leads me. Blessings!

I loved this meditation! I felt so soothed and relaxed afterwards. Had been experiencing some pain before the meditation and my pain levels decreased significantly when I finished. Thank you! One question I had: When relaxing my tongue on the floor of mouth, my jaw separates. Is this to be expected? Thanks again.
This could be amazing but what's up with ads every 4 minutes? It's not UA-cam because that doesn't happen on any other channel I follow. It breaks up the whole point of heart coherence with an interruption throughout?
When i focus on my breathing or try to control it, I get heavy anxiety, lots of tension in my chest making it impossible to do this. Is there a solution for that?
I get you. This is what I did, maybe some may work for you. I start by rubbing my hands together and shaking off excess energy before placing over my heart. Sighing heavily in a cleansing breath helps release energy. While working on deep breathing, sigh deeply as often as needed, and/or move your body (fidget, rock, sway..) if you feel you need to. Moving helps release energy. Sometimes I’d repeat rubbing hands together and shaking them off after the heart tapping, then place one on my sacral/solar plexus (whichever was flaring) and one on my heart. Do what your body feels lead to do to release the anxiety, sometimes it’s curling up and doing the meditation as best you can~💜 There are other things you can add, two easy ones are epsom salt foot soaks that are cleansing, and grounding. You can do them while mediating or separately. They’ll assist your process.
Why are they Tapping Like this way? In the Meditations for Bliss Brain you Start with the Side of the Hand and then you move on to the top of the Head and so on...

all of this works except for eft. been trying that for decades and it’s nonsense.
If you are dehydrated it doesn’t work as well. Whenever it’s not working for a client, I have them drink a lot of water and it works!
