  • Hi Guys, this was some of the footage of my ride home from the dealership yesterday. First impressions from 1km on the odometer. Now I am at a couple of hundred Kilometres and things are smoother, the mapping has smoothed out. The first 1000 km should see a huge difference in the overall feel of the bike.

I remember 2 years ago I watched a video of the Voge DS500 on your channel, and ended up buying it.. Still have it, very nice bike.. I guess it's time to upgrade :)

The new Voge bikes are truly changing the Market. Hopefully it will bring back more young riders. The main problem is that it should be a form of transport not just the older guys toy. Voge bringing reasonable prices and free insurance with a caveat of €120 extra for young riders is amazing. Where can a 21 year old insure a nearly 100bhp bike for €120 a year. Voge has my un biased vote.

@@motechRevolution I agree, the 500 was my first bike, and it made me fall in love with motorcycles , I have 2 cars in my garage collecting dust since then, I only use the cars when it's raining and when it's extraordinarily hot outside or when I have to carry big things. Other than that, it's always the bike... I use it in the city everyday and when I travel aswell. Usually when you travel somewhere you are excited to reach the destination, what's cool about bikes is that you are also excited about the journey to and from your destination. And this is why I cannot go back to cars hehe

Had the same problem: it showed "N" but it started to move... And also the clutch lever was engaging very deep. Had to pull it to the handlebar first, than I adjusted it.

Adjusted my clutch this morning down to 5 mm play. Crazy thing was it showed neutral and let me put the sidestand down, went to let the clutch out and it was in gear. Seems ok today much better after adjusting the clutch lever play.

How's the brightness of the screen under the Spanish sun? Is it enough?
    What about the wind protection?
    Thanks for the video.

The screen is very readable in sunlight with the engine running, not sure if it’s light sensitive like a phone, but on just ignition it’s seems dimmer. The fuel tank keep everything below waist height free from wind blast, the screen is ok in the upper position but with slight helmet buffeting at highway speeds with the extension nothing to the helmet but slight wind around the neck, it’s not bad though

@@TanR9 You might want to fit bar raisers and put a seat raiser pad on the seat, but you should be fine on the standard bike I am 178cm and I can flat foot the bike one side and slightly on the ball of my foot the other side, there will definitely be some seat options in the future. I am sure the German Voge 900DSX have a seat height of 850mm instead of the 825mm in other markets. If you order one ask the dealer if you can have the 850 seat option, that would be perfect for your height

Indicator and switch are like micro switch.... So no resistance... Meed some time to adopt...

True, without gloves you can feel the click for left right and cancel, but it’s very subtle. Had some amazing rides on it today after the first 200 km it’s settled down. I put it down to being stuck in slow moving traffic for the first half hour, probably confused the mapping. Different bike today.

Buying this shit over Aprilia Tuareg or any proven european or japanese is tragic

Well the Chinese have been building Engines for BMW for nearly 20 years they make all the parallel twin engines, just as Rotax did before. CF Moto own KTM. Most triumphs are built in Asia. The new Triumph 400s are built by Bajar in India. Which European bikes do you mean, Benelli is Chinese. So that leaves Ducati, even they have some bikes built in Thailand.
The price point has a lot to do with it also. People might not be able to afford an Aprilia Tuareg. Also the Tuareg is only 70hp people might want a few more ponies. Thanks for your comments, ride safe ✌️
