i remember the first day of highschool, i was in class thinking "this year i will start workingout & stop watching p0rn " now 3yrs and 4 monthes passed i did neither of them. it costed mey my highschool years. as a senior in highschool here is my advice; 1) Take more videos and pictures of yourself, its a memory that you wanna keep for the rest of your life, trust me i mean it. 2) Stop spending a lot time playing Video games and Watching Movies, instead spend time with your friends, playing soccer, basketball or just hanging around, i wasted the my entire highschool life at home just behind my PC and this is the thing that still haunts me down. 3) Make legit friends; the one thing you need in life is quality friendship that last a lifetime. choose your friends wisely. i have many friends throught highschool, but it didnt last morethan a year or two. 4) Improve your appeariance; people will judge you with your appeariance, improving your apperiance will chang the way people treat you and boosts your confidince. just workout, start minimal skin & hair care, wear simple & clean clothes. 5) Improve your social skill, influence & status. Very important if you dont wanna be ignored, and if you wanna win your daily social life. 6) Focus on your Grades & study you will never regret not doing this until you reach end of senior year. 7) Stop waiting for the right moment, stop trying to make your plan perfect, slowly build your life bit by bit other wise it will be difficult to be consistent, and most importantly enjoy your school life you will never get these years back.
Hello I cant decide if I should go to the gym or do martial arts like muah thay and kickboxing, the problem is, I would like to do both, but I dont have the time for both because I have other hobbies too like table tennis, playing keyboard and programming. So which one should I do? I know my goal is building muscles and a better shape but I also want to learn how to defend myself
I would say do kickboxing along with body weight exercises plus you can do other activities like you said. This will make ur body athletic, well maintained as well as you can make ur mind fresh by other hobbies

gym is essential for a consistent body and you can also go with one of another hobby if you can manage it properly
