I see a lot of people compare this show to Zootopia, but the comparison basically ends at people-like animals. Besides that, Beastars is WAY darker and tackles gangs, maturing, resisting primal desires, cherishing life, and discrimination. Discrimination was present in Zootopia but not nearly to the level of Beastars, where animals are so desperate to eat meat that there is a literal back-alley market that the majority of Carnivores use just to keep sane. Being afraid of carnivores in a world like that is a lot more feasible, especially when actions like roughhousing can lead to amputation even at a lesser degree.
This is the best english dub by far, not just cause in my opinion it's better than the rest, but there is no damn channel intro to kick it off to a horrible start.
Angela and AmaLee both nailed the vocals on their respective covers of this song (both English lyrics are great too). What I’d give to hear them sing together.

Amazing! It can be pretty hard to find good English covers (no offense to anyone, translating a song from English to Japanese can be hard), but this one was pretty great! Especially that part when you said “conflictual”. Never heard it be used in any regular sentence in the English language, but the Magic of English covers is seeing what new words people choose to fit the flow of the song!
I know especially since english covers make the song cringey but studio yuraki is amazing cuz it still gives me the goosebumps I feel when listening to the original song

This is incredible... this is one of the absolute best anime op covers I've ever heard... it fully captures the vibe of the original, and unlike most op english covers its not at all jarring or odd. It sounds exactly the same but in english and I absolutely love that. The vocals are delivered PERFECTLY. Fantastic job.
This sounds so similar to the actual opening, I would believe it if you said the actual singer sang this. All of the voice distortions and effects are pretty on point.

Now I get to hear the original with English Lyrics in the Caption. I was so used to this bit and lyrics that it made me think that this is way superior than the original and possibly the most superior cover out there.

Also one or 2 days after that the views of the Millionaire detective went from 18k to 27k or something like that, i doubt that is just everyone suddenly thinking of clicking on the video after a week
