Sorry to see the tela handler go, it was very handy with the business you are in, but I am sure you'll find something even better in the future. Likely the Grand Architect has something else in mind to help expand your business. Have a great day and try to stay warm. Still very cold here in Central Indiana.
Brayden that was a great bible verse thank you the Ford 3000 looked like it would run with minimal work but is apart now great video can't wait for next video thank you
Brayden, u will do really good on those parts, still a lot of those tractors around. Thanks for sharing another really nice video and Bible verse. 4 degrees in Shelbyville Kentucky this morning.
Looks to me like someone who has a Select O SPeed would want that center section that has the 8 speed trans to give you live PTO. Not too many old timers left to work on those Select O Speed.
Great video Brayden! When you tore apart the Ford you brought me back to Hillview Country Club during the late 70s early 80s.. It was a private course in Mass, where I worked for several years in my teens and twenties. I was the year round mechanic, and greenskeeper, jack of all trades.. We had 2 Ford tractors exactly like the one you have. 3 Cyl's. But we had the Duel rear wheels with turf tires, on both and all 8 of the tires were full of Sodium Chloride !! I wasn't told this. Well one day shortly after I got hired, my boss comes up driving one of the Fords and says, take the outer tire off because he got a rock wedged between the tires and didn't want to ruin the tires prying on it. I said okay ! I'm like 150 pounds, I jack up the tractor grab the tire iron and start cranking on the rusted nuts. We didn't have an air compressor at that time. So just as I got the last nut off...I heard a bang , and the tire fell over and pinned me to the cement floor ! Man that thing was HEAVY! It must have weighed 400 pounds or more! Almost broke my leg! I still have the scar but I was okay. Thats when I learned about Sodium Chloride. It helped keep the tractor glued to the ground while pulling 8 gang mowers, on very steep slopes. Hillview was a hilly course. Its still there today but now its a public course. I can go on for hours with stories about how the crew abused the heck out of those tractors! lol !! I even pulled the engine from one and sent the block out to be machined, new sleeves. Had twice the power after I got her running. Pretty nice little tractors as I remember.
Just asking how much could that pin cost? Seems like if you already own this machine it would be better to get a pin instead of losing money on the machine. You probably would get a lot of use out of it but you know your business. We used to have a ford3000 back in the day.

Those tranmissions are usually in high demand to replace a select o speed might not want to scrap just yet

Excellent Brayden 😊
Put balancing beads in your tires. Problem solved for a good long time
Any reputable tire shop should be able to put them in for you
It sucks that the telehandler broke so you could have used it a little longer and justify the money that you spent on it
Hey, what about the 4020 I saw in the background. What’s your plans for it?

Yes, Bell tire sucks ! Did I mess something with the John Deere 4020 ??
Another great bible verse.. Amen brother..
Do you still have the 756 int and if so how much are you asking for it
Too bad you had to take a loss on the Telehandler but it is what it is sometimes...
Hopefully you can make some cash on this Ford...
Unfortunately a part of the equipment jockey life ! Win some lose a few. If you can win 80% of the time your winning!!
