What an ending! Well edited to keep it entertaining throughout the video! You did really well! This was a challenging boss for sure! You really did parry all the attacks, even one that I didn't have the reaction time to parry. Mastering the fight feels amazing but takes time. Even after doing it damageless I still feel I have a lot to learn. I will probably take a break from damageless videos for a while though since they exhaust me. Though there is this nagging feeling in the back of my mind to beat Ji, bow only, but that would take a while and it would be a whole other boss to learn. I haven't seen anyone do it and I have all these theories to make it as feasible as possible but it would still be a bit a pain to do. I like how you changed the buttons for the arrow selection to the sticks and then immediately started switching between them again. It made me laugh a lot! I feel like you could have zoomed in to the arrows switching for comedic effect. I never really grip the controller very hard so I don't really have that issue. I am excited for the games to come. I guessed that Tunic was one of them but I haven't played it so I wasn't sure. I haven't played the other two either for that matter. I probably should at some point. Since I haven't played them, chances are I won't have as much to say and will likely not leave a comment on all the videos.
Thank you so much! I absolutely loved this fight. Watching myself back during all the editing was pretty fun as I got to see how bad I used to be at the start. She is such a cool boss. I'd love to see a bow-only Ji! I can definitely see how that'd be possible, given he regenerates your ammunition. Could be a lengthy but entertaining fight! Definitely let me know when/if you do it and I'll check it out! I am SO glad they allow you to customize the controls haha-it really made practicing the fight more feasible. I think my controller (I've got an 8BitDo) is sensitive by design, and I just couldn't tell when I was swapping arrows until it was too late. 🥲 Thanks so much for checking out the series!
