Years ago I never thought I would be binge watching hours of a RV nerd in his element. Another great video Josh! Thanks for all the excellent info and to make it funny too.
Fun Fact: At the beginning, it was my idea to have a floor flush kitchen slide. The Alliance team didn’t think it could be done but after contacting Lippert they found out it could be done. So, if you like that feature… you’re welcome. 😆
Brilliant through & through. Obviously this is the result of target end consumer feedback. Love it. I even don't mind the lighter cabinetry in the kitchen cause of the room separation feel.
Center of the living room (TV) and the center of the kitchen (oven) are right next to each other. No off door seating. Not the shortest or lightest rear living option out there, Its a great unit though and I love the AZDEL. I know I am biased but compare this to the 264RLS from Highland Ridge before you buy. Pros and cons to both for sure.
I love the design and layout. The price was a shocker when I looked. With that price I would expect a washer, dryer, and dishwasher included with a massive solar system. I also didn't see a shower miser. If it was about $30k or so less with a good warranty this would be my pick. I don't see enough to make it worth that much more than a Cougar or Rockwood that I like.
As full semi permanent full timers this unit is the best for us so far! ONLY change would be the be the non swivel tv. Might be getting in touch with you when we're ready to trade up! Thanks for all you do!!!
My wife’s first name starts with a K., so that 4 K t.v. needs a swing arm t.v. mount. That fireplace is great for a romantic evening during cool nights. Alliance nailed it on this one even has glass in the door. When you were talking about the stove in the kitchen, reminds me of the song: Hey good looking whats ye got cooking. Josh this one gets a 10. You my friend gets 👍👍👍👍👍👍on video, keep the excitement coming
Hey Josh.. Here we go. You asked for it ! Couch outlets should have been installed on the back wall, just high enough for armrest doors to flip up. Or, Maybe just put drawers in the front. The TV should be on a pivot, pull out mount. On the window behind the stove, I hate them. They're to hard to keep clean. Either remove them or have a backsplash or splatter shield hinged to the top of window, under the microwave with magnets to hold it up, when not in use. You could even have one slide up out of cabinet behind stovetop and have magnets hold it up when cooking. I love the island and big farm sink and I'd put a dishwasher in there. But, I'd change the faucet to a spring loaded sprayer. I would also have the residential fridge. I'd change the bathroom faucet, to a mid high, taller pullout sprayer type and I love the folding seat in the shower. The floor vents in the bedroom, should be moved further under the edge of the bed. That way I don't step on them with my bare feet, that hurts. That window over the headboard, doesn't need to be there at all. I'd keep the blinds down all the time. Because, all you'll see in the TV is that window.. The TV needs to be bigger and lower. Split the window, under the TV, into two side windows. Then put in stackable W/D in the closet. I'd also like the hallway switches and buttons recessed, so big wide shouldered people, ( like me ) don't hit them when walking to and from the bathroom. The outside speakers are to close together. They should always be placed, at least 8 feet apart from each other and at ear level when sitting down on the ground. It would be nice if, manufacturers would build heavy duty wheel wells, over and around the tires. Because, sooner or later they're going to blow and a 1/8 inch plate steel wheel well, would keep tires from destroying sidewalls.. That's my two cents worth. See ya Josh..
i like 5th wheel floorplans because they have the bathroom right in front of the door which is in the middle of the the floorplan as well as easy access to the bedroom since the bedroom is just to the right of the bathroom
This rig is on myself and my wife’s bucket list along with the pinnacle and the riverstone. With this being a wide body and only 34 ft this is creeping twords the top of that list.
John...the Riverstone is on my A list...the Alliance is not quite there [in my opinion] ...just waiting for the day to sell my house...in the meantime my Flagstaff 26RBWS is holding up for use until that time.
@@bsimondsenI’ll agree that the Riverstone is probably at the top of the list but I haven’t been able to see one in person yet. But i have seen the pinnacle and a paradigm at the winter RV shows and at local dealers .When I finally do see a Riverstone in person I’ll probably will put that at the top of the list. But in the meantime me and my wife will still be happy in our little coachman catalina 22fb.
We really love this 5th Wheel! My only wish would be for 12V fridge and for a first RV, the height worries me, but my 6’4” husband appreciates the height inside. Great design!
18:07 as important as storage is in any RV, I prefer this one without the overhead/bed storage with the opening window for a more spacious feeling & airflow; + it’s bad Feng Shui to have your head cut off by an overhead cabinet while sleeping 🛌
We just took delivery of one of these. Our first trip next week. While there are other very nice high end 5th wheels it was all the little things that drew us to Alliance. Lots if large windows that open, deeper bedroom dresser, tons of storage. Sturrdier running gear was a big plus.
Yeah for the most part it really seems like death by 1000 paper cuts to me as I looked over this one. It was a bunch of small smart subtle things that aren’t always right in your face
Josh, I see why you are so excited about this RV. I do agree with you about the living room TV, it really should swing. But it's not a deal breaker for me. The rest is just outstanding.
10:45 the correct way is for a window that opens because if you want a window that opens it can do that, if yo want a window that doesn’t open you don’t have to open it, if you don’t want a window you can cover it with the blinds or add something with more temperature control (purchased or DIY reflectics, etc.) = most flexible to meet all needs & desires; as cutting a hole in your slide wall to mount a window… 🪟🤨
In regards to the TV, if it is an IPS (such as an LG) screen the angle won't really matter because the picture won't degrade. At home most people do not constantly pivot their TV based upon what piece of furniture they are sitting on. My 2 cents.
Well done video review. It's one of the few productions where a sort of zealous review is combined with extremely thorough and helpful information and ends up being extremely watchable and enjoyable. Great job!
Your killing me Smalls! Unbelievable, you asked if there was any other RV's we were interested in and BAM! There it is! I like the floorplan a lot. That is our go to want list, with the 2 way fridge. Love the table without the legs and the wide body look. I'm not sure about the A/C set-up, but if it works well, that's all that matters. I agree with you on the TV. It should be on a pivot arm. Easy fix. Bathroom is layed out very nicely, and I can really appreciate the flip down seat. Soft close on the throne is nice too. There's one thing I would change. In the kitchen cabinets on each side of the stove. I would have sliding pull out drawers instead of a shelf. Much easier to load and unload that way. So the PVC roof, does it need any special maintenance other than cleaning? UV protectant or anything like that? Great video Josh, thank you. For us, it's just like you've been reading our minds!
this is a really nice floor plan. I appreciate seeing some contrasting lighter cabinets in the slide to break up the sea of dark brown in the rest of the kitchen and living room. I'm not a tall person so the table leg issue is not a problem for me but I can certainly appreciate how it is a benefit for taller folks like yourself josh. Does this come with an option for a booth? This is a very common layout in fifth wheels at least from what I've seen but as you mentioned every manufacturer does their own little twist. The range in the kitchen is very nice and I think would serve a full-timer very well. To answer your question, the TV definitely should be in a swing arm. I love the bathroom layout and the folding seat is great for the disabled. A really nice fifth wheel.
I don't believe they offer a booth on these Rosemary. Montana High Country is about the highest level fifth wheel i've seen still offering booth swaptions
"Adulting is hard!". No truer words spoken. Great review, thank you for not fanboi'ing the Alliance like so many do. We actually met one of the factory reps at the Grand Rapids show, and although we loved the fit and finish, that AC was insanely loud! And I mean insane, on high if your standing by it you have to speak up like your in the bar. Yes, I know, it's nitpicky, but for us, the ultra-quiet AC is a requirement with my ears and how light my wife sleeps. Alliance went for airflow over sound, and per the rep, it's louder but runs less because it cools faster.
This is super interesting info and I think it MIGHT have to do with the air setting. There’s likely a MAX flow function and a quieter more that is perhaps slower It may explain why I hear conflicting things like this from time to time. THANK YOU for sharing as I learn my way thru these btw
Overall, this appears to be as close to perfect as I have ever seen👍👍But, as all of us have seen dozens of new RV manufacturers come and go, the next 5-10 years will tell us so much about their reliability, quality control and customer service🤔
Really respect what these guys are doing like Montanas and solitudes etc. I'd never buy a trim level this expensive but it's really nice the colors and thought process flows throughout really can't wait to get my hands on the avenue's little more my speed👍👍
Another great one! Lots of cool feautures! Great job guys! Dimmers & non blue or bright white lights is a must for some of us that have stupid eyes, that are overly sensitive to things & cause migraines when they are unhappy. :) tyfs!
That's a sharp RV. I really like the setup all the way around. I agree with the tv mount needing to swivel a bit. Also with ducting, the more ducting you have the less insulation you have in those areas. Can make a big difference in an RV roof.

I like the window in the kitchen area- nice to have a view. Swivel missing on the TV not a deal breaker bit would be nice. Alliance is amazing- so well thought out
One minor change that would really convey a sense of luxury and attention to detail... all interior lights should be the same color temp... the shadow boxes and accent light strips are a fluorescent-like cool whereas the others are a nice inviting warm light. Everything else seems really well thought out!
Greetings Josh, The fenestration of this RV is incredibly successful. Imagine having à view of the Mountains on the water or even both, hwhy not! Thank you Josh for this great discovery that you share with us. At the next Josh
Now, just waiting for the RV prices to get back to pre Covid pricing or close to it and I’ll pull the trigger on the alliance 310 or 340 but until then I’ll keep watching your videos Josh
Josh, This one is Amazing. Two things I would change. 1) Backsplash around the Stove to help make keeping the kitchen Nest and clean. 2) instead of the couch because most often No one ever wants to sit in the Middle . I would Love to see maybe 2 Rockin Chairs and or Recliners. They done a Great job on this one. Thanks for sharing. Blessings from Gettysburg Pa…
The reason they opt for the couch is so that the RV can sleep more than two people. More customers want that option than not. However, if you *know* you don't need more than the one bed, absolutely.
Very nice! I think they also make a smaller one?? 30 footer?? This is one sweetheart of a ride! Only thing we would rather have is a dinette instead of the table and chairs. Yes absolutely the tv should pivot!
If I’m ever in the market for a fifth wheel, Alliance is at the top of my list! I like the wall control for the vent fan. I have a remote which I’m sure will get lost at some point. I can’t find any down side to this trailer!
I'm starting to see more and more of these around Goshen lately. Josh, come down and hang out in my parking lot some afternoon. You can get a sneak preview of all kinds of new stuff.
Everyone doing the same floor plan, but it's the little things that separate the pros from the "not-pros". LoL. Alliance is making a very nice product here. I could see a full-time situation in this model.
I agree with the tv. There are a lot of fixes on the Alliance DIY FB page for the TV There is a little box on the door side slide out. Is it a side light or a side electric plug. You do such a good job showing any RV. I appreciate the detail you went to in the bed room very much. The detail on the whole RV was great also. Extremely great produced and informational Video. Thanks
@@JoshtheRVNerd No you did a Stellar job. We are going up to Good Life Next Week to look at them. Suppose to go this week but things happen. Well Now you are Bish and you have a dealer 120 miles and another 200 miles So i will be looking at there stock and price too. And if I go with them I will make them give you the credit. Thanks a million for doing to detail that everyone glances over with the camera on all you videos.
Well done Alliance, she gets my stamp of approval as well. I would have no problem at all staying in this RV for an extended amount of time. Not sure if you mentioned it but are those windows double pane?
Hey Josh!! Congrats on finally reviewing the Alliance brand! I can’t wait for other unit reviews and your take on em. Right now we own a 29bh WhiteHawk but are in the process of 5th wheel dreaming and this brand is at the top of our list! Two reasons. 1) Customer support and direct feedback (FB). Not every manufacturer has executives giving out their personal numbers online so you can talk to them. And may seem trivial, but with a 5th wheel that runs two a/c units off 30amp service is huge, considering most parks are 30amp only. Just my opinion but at 10amp per a/c … it just leaves wiggle room for the electrical system. Sorry for being long winded… thanks again for an excellent review!!! Good day 👍🏻✌🏻
That customer support after the sale is truly the thing that got me really paying attention to them. And it’s really starting to draw me in. I’ve always felt You really learn who you’re doing business with when things do not go according to plan. And from what I have seen alliance really stepped up
@@JoshtheRVNerd … so very true! If/when you get the chance to review the 370FB… can you kind of explain how the black tank flush works with a bath and 1/2 model? I know Jayco (on some models) has separate flushes for each bath. I think viewers would like that expert knowledge from you! Have a fantastic day !!
An excellent unit all around. The only "bad" thing we have to say about this one is that it doesn't feel like home like other units we've looked at. Shout out to Carlos, bed filler extraordinaire!
@@JoshtheRVNerd I thought I'd already told you we like the feel of most of the Grand Design Imagine line, especially those open faced bathroom cubbies for towel storage. We were considering a 3100RD, but we began to think about fifth wheels since we intend to full time. We were looking at Solitudes and despairing over prices until we saw your Reflection 341 RDS video dropped and now that one's on the top of our list.
I think there was a decent sized miss in the living room by not having storage behind the TV. I do like the magnet catches on the drawers and doors. I do like the window behind the stove. A good compromise would be to have a hard covering for the window when cooking.
The tv thankfully does seem like an easy fix. Hopefully Alliance catches what people are saying. They seem very focused on giving people what they want
It wouldn't surprise me if we don't see that in next year's Paradigm model. The Avenue equivalent of this floorplan has storage behind the TV. Personally, I'd scrap the storage and the swing arm and put the TV on a televator so I can get that extra window but that would also mean losing the hidden storage behind the fireplace that people seem to like so much.
Hey Josh, love love love the Alliance brand! I'm looking at the Avenue. But wanted to say I agree that the TV needs to pullout and swivel. And I want all windows to open! If theres a window, I'd like to open it.
Want to tell you a story.. about a camper I know, when it comes to camping its the one to tow. Aint no teardrop trailer, aint no pop up tent. But when she gives it to you.. its all that you can get! 11:39 the coffee bar plug should be on the far left since that’s most likely where you’d keep a coffee pot/k cup machine ,imo. Strange to have to run a cord a few feet for it.
The people I’ve talked to have been in alliances with the air running though have all mentioned how it was one of the quietest Systems they’ve ever heard
This looks like a really great unit. The direct fire AC issue was always more efficient. ...funny how sales and marketing makes old things new again when it's convenient.

Yeah the tv mount is easy to swap
Window over stove is great
One minor change that would really convey a sense of luxury and attention to detail... all interior lights should be the same color temp... the shadow boxes and accent light strips are a fluorescent-like cool whereas the others are a nice inviting warm light. Everything else seems really well thought out!
That's a solid piece of input there. Thank you!
Greetings Josh,
The fenestration of this RV is incredibly successful.
Josh,
This one is Amazing.
Ah Ty. Interesting couch idea!
@@JoshtheRVNerd
I appreciate what you do. It’s an ongoing Education. Have a Happy Easter…
The reason they opt for the couch is so that the RV can sleep more than two people. More customers want that option than not. However, if you *know* you don't need more than the one bed, absolutely.
I do like all of the windows in the bedroom also
Very nice! I think they also make a smaller one?? 30 footer?? This is one sweetheart of a ride! Only thing we would rather have is a dinette instead of the table and chairs. Yes absolutely the tv should pivot!
Yeah the new Avenue series. We were sold out at this store during my visit. I hope to check on those soon at another store
Josh! Please investigate some rv’s with trucks attached?
Oh yeah. I love the windows and little table and chairs!
What a great design, looks fantastic!
If I’m ever in the market for a fifth wheel, Alliance is at the top of my list! I like the wall control for the vent fan. I have a remote which I’m sure will get lost at some point. I can’t find any down side to this trailer!
High praise! Thx for watching Mark :)
You are the BEST reviewer !
Wow thank you! Big praise
I'm starting to see more and more of these around Goshen lately. Josh, come down and hang out in my parking lot some afternoon. You can get a sneak preview of all kinds of new stuff.
Lol nevermind me. Just lot stalking campers over here. Carry on
@@JoshtheRVNerd the transport drivers are used to me doing it already.

Everyone doing the same floor plan, but it's the little things that separate the pros from the "not-pros". LoL. Alliance is making a very nice product here. I could see a full-time situation in this model.
Yeah it’s obvious that though they are a newer company the people at alliance have decades of experience
It’s a home away from home, awesome walk through 🤜💥
I agree with the tv. Thanks
Thank you so much for watching and playing some feedback here. Anything I should’ve hit on along the way?
@@JoshtheRVNerd No you did a Stellar job. We are going up to Good Life Next Week to look at them. Suppose to go this week but things happen. I remember when I first started watching you this winter and I said I wish you were closer You were with Haylett and you said you could deliver. Well Now you are Bish and you have a dealer 120 miles and another 200 miles So i will be looking at there stock and price too. And if I go with them I will make them give you the credit. Thanks a million for doing to detail that everyone glances over with the camera on all you videos.
Great info on replacing the refrig when the time comes! I have been curious about that. Thanks J-man!!
Any time!
Well done Alliance, she gets my stamp of approval as well. I would have no problem at all staying in this RV for an extended amount of time. Not sure if you mentioned it but are those windows double pane?
Dual pane frameless windows are available as an option on these
I do really like the refrigerator location
Awesome. Think this one might check all the big boxes.
An excellent unit all around. The only "bad" thing we have to say about this one is that it doesn't feel like home like other units we've looked at.
Shout out to Carlos, bed filler extraordinaire!
What else have you seen that have you that feeling?
@@JoshtheRVNerd I thought I'd already told you we like the feel of most of the Grand Design Imagine line, especially those open faced bathroom cubbies for towel storage. We were considering a 3100RD, but we began to think about fifth wheels since we intend to full time. We were looking at Solitudes and despairing over prices until we saw your Reflection 341 RDS video dropped and now that one's on the top of our list.
@@Brigand231 Apologies. I have so many people commenting on different RVs that it gets blurry
@@JoshtheRVNerd No worries, all good man. I imagine there are days wish you could put the world on pause and catch your breath.
15:18 well placed heater vent 🔥 👍🏽
Omg! A 4 burner! Well, if you burn something....windows are nice👌
I guess you could say that they were able to use consumer feedback to combine just about every other luxury 5th wheels best features.
I think that was really their goal. You see shades of other brands here but also some neat original concepts
Hey Josh, love love love the Alliance brand! I'm looking at the Avenue. But wanted to say I agree that the TV needs to pullout and swivel. And I want all windows to open! If theres a window, I'd like to open it.
I have a trip to an Alliance-carrying sister store soon. They're definitely on my hit list!
Want to tell you a story.. about a camper I know, when it comes to camping its the one to tow. Aint no teardrop trailer, aint no pop up tent. But when she gives it to you.. its all that you can get! Its a whole lot of cooking, a whole lot of cooking....Whole lot of kitchen,(brannanow) a whole lot of Kitchen!
lyrics by Blackwolf, Idea and song credits to Josh! LOL (non AC/DC fans google Whole lot of Rosie)
Thank you, I'll see myself out. :P
What’s funny is I read this in Bon Scott’s voice
@@JoshtheRVNerd As did I. Could you read it any other way? :)
We love the Alliance Paradigm and have been looking at the 340rl. Would love to see you review it! Thanks for another great video👍
I’m definitely interested in getting more of these on camera when I get the opportunity so I will add that to my hit list
@@JoshtheRVNerd awesome! Looking forward to it!
Every TV should pivot. People are in various locations during their day/night and they should be able to optimize their screen.
I don’t know that I disagree with that. I have always found SOME benefit to a pivot
The TV mount is probably because it's stronger and less likely to break or break the TV.
I’m not saying it’s impossible but I’ve certainly never heard that once and all the comments all the videos I put out where that’s an issue.
11:39 the coffee bar plug should be on the far left since that’s most likely where you’d keep a coffee pot/k cup machine ,imo. Strange to have to run a cord a few feet for it.
You know I actually kind of wondered the same thing after thinking about how my parents have their set up. Thank you
I agree about the TV. It needs to pivet. There is a lot of space wasted there.
The unit needs more electrical outlets and the central vacuum would be nice
Do you prefer central vac or something like a dyson portable (or similar)
Love it. Big bed + small dog= small bed. Good job
Lol facts on the dog!!
Lol, I love that your brain goes to music references which is how my cranial mass works too! Swivel tv mount is a necessary
It’s a constant cacophony of. Lose in my head lol
Yes, pivot and tilt mount for TV.

Love alliance. Would like to see you do the 385fl. It was my favorite at the show last month in dallas

@@JoshtheRVNerd Why do I have a feeling you did it and we just have to wait for the editing to be done?
@@beenieweenie1986 Not this time around though I do have that happen pretty often lol
Nope. That made me think about the movie K-9 with Jim Belushi 🤣
Great looking RV!
Well now I have to go see if I have that available on any of my streaming services because it’s been so long
@@JoshtheRVNerd I wish I had it on dvd. But I did watch it a couple of years ago and I think it was on the Netflix
Yes it needs to be a pivot tv.
Bout dam time!!!!! I think this is my new RV
I know lol
THIS is the kind of stuff I like covering with Bish’s now
I thought i was watching Matt for a sec ;) "I'm super excited!"
Lol I was only so many ways you can describe it I suppose eventually you’re gonna run into something similar
Well I saw Bish on our load board and I’ll be bringing y’all a new TT tomorrow to Kearney NE location
Safe travels!! Tell the team hello for me!
WOW! Love this one.
It should be a pivot TV with storage behind it
For an RV that is in the thirty-five foot range, it has a lot of items that larger RV’S have such as Large water tanks!
I already like it...no theatre seats! I like to cuddle with my fiance, not have something between us...
I have a loveseat with a removable arm rest so it can be either/or, it just has a little blade that goes down between the cushions.
The center of the theatre seats fold down if you want
I know I own this model
yes i agree pivot tv bracket
They did it in the 23’s!!
Nice rig. I think ducting the air is more for noise reduction and would agree it’s a little less efficient.
The people I’ve talked to have been in alliances with the air running though have all mentioned how it was one of the quietest Systems they’ve ever heard
@@JoshtheRVNerd good to know!
This looks like a really great unit. The direct fire AC issue was always more efficient. ...funny how sales and marketing makes old things new again when it's convenient.
What surprised me on these is how they managed to keep the volume on them down
