I would do it half-assedly at random moments, when you're really no longer interested, so it's less than he would expect. I'd say space it out, but I have more of a natural instinct for this one. It's the one game I know how to play, brat game. The other types of game are as tedious as math homework at best.

Iam a guy,if I pull away it's because of the way she is acting. Ofcourse I talk with her about the issues first but if it continues, I just pull my interest. Iam not into playing games. Relationships are not perfect. We need to communicate, stop overthinking

I started journaling and found I have those negative / anxious thoughts during my period. As soon as it’s over, I back to my secure attachment style.
