Let me just say the car hooks now on these tyres the alignment is sorted and the hub rings are on it’s a beast I have grip in 2nd gear on now, before it was only 4/5/6
Loving the new look of the EK. SUPER KEEN to see it rip brother!!🔥 Appreciate you looking out for me and for the entire car community too man, you're doing God's work.❤
@@TURBOTRISTO dude that's hilarious, I was just looking at getting an r32 gtr wing for my sedan and the guy ghosted me. Either that or a 180sx Type X wing look awesome.
What? So you had 16s, had to change to 17s because of apparently you couldn't get good semi slicks but then went back to 16s? The A050s come in 4 sizes for 16s. Anyway, a lot of good info regarding the 5 stud conversion.
Yep I know I called tyre shops in australia and got rubbish info, every size was unavailable or $900 a tyre, until I came across Zestino and I got great info and now I have cool new wheels 5 stud and big brakes and heaps of grip and a new master cylinder so it worked out in the end
@@Antflizzle did you bleed tha calipers upside down? the master wont be leaking as such but the seals will be gone, replace the master cyl abd try again, try to use the 7/8 master cyl for the best pedal feel
Ive got a 1998 Civic LX with 36k miles. I had bought every part to convert it to manual and from the D16y7 to D16y8 but I'm selling those and focusing on a K swap. Will a 4 lug Enkei RPF1 15x8 fit good with lets say the Integra and or Si front and rear rotors and calipers or would you recommend going bigger and doing the 5 lug. Im not doing this for a track car and would go as big as the 16x8 RPF1 with the Nitto Neo Gen on either one. Totally new to the conversion and dont know much about them.
@TURBOTRISTO All the steel and cast iron suspension is rusted and the calipers being the worst. Low mile car but came from a state where they salted the roads. Frame and body had a factory under coat. Only the suspension parts near the wheels are rusted. I did buy every suspension part down to the nuts and bolts. Kyb shocks. Whatever parts I dont use can go on the wifeys when she needs them. Same style civic, got alot more planing to do for this cars build

@TURBOTRISTAN broooo!!!! I think I'd just like videos of just hearing it drive. Nothing fancy, no content, just cruising. 😊

Thanks Jack
@@TURBOTRISTO anytime dude, keep up the amazing work 😁
Awesome video, you explain the 5 stud conversion so simple compared to other tutorials I've seen on UA-cam.
thank you mate I did try to make it simple and not too painful to watch haha
Tristan the new wheels look sweet mate beautiful !!! 😜👍🇦🇺
Thank you brother
TT, you don't need hub rings if you torque the wheel nuts up correctly.
Car looks great.
You do if you want to track the car maximum gs haha
@@TURBOTRISTO Incorrect, but you do you!
Looks so sick bro. Love the wheels!
Cheers man
Love the content - been following your build and gives me inspiration to do a kswap one day !
I really hope you can do it soon too it’s the best thing you can do to you honda
Lots of saving to do - after being in my friends k24 mr2 I was blown away
Should get a tall tripod for the technical bits so you can talk and do! Videos are great man
I do have just forgot to set it up hahha sorry
looks mad surely it gets an em1 wing
Like the small hoop one? If any thing it would get a r32 Gtr wing or a second boot with a monster by wing
@@TURBOTRISTO dude that's hilarious, I was just looking at getting an r32 gtr wing for my sedan and the guy ghosted me. Either that or a 180sx Type X wing look awesome.
i see we both have great taste haha

Sleeper car ftw!
Until the gate opens
Looks awesome; great choice in wheels!!! What suspension settings do you plan to run for track (ie: camber, toe etc)?
I will look up the oem settings and add a little bit of a tweak I think with a little extra front toe out
excellent video where can I get the rear bolt and rear disc washer
FROM HONED DEVELOPMENTS honeddevelopments.com/product/5-stud-rear-hub-nut-kit/
What front hubs and calipers did you use?
they are crv/dc5 hubs & dc2 calipers on crv knuckles
@TURBOTRISTO i have a ek4 so i dont have to change the knuckle correct? And i have the crv caliper with mini rotors already on
Little sleeper
For a second until you hear it
Anyone know where I can purchase 4 to 5 lug conversion kit in the UK?
Did you have spongy brake pedal after bleeding your brakes?
Yeah but I fixed it my master was leaking
Damn, I have no leaks and bled the brakes multiple times. Replaces the booster and MC to GSR and can't figure out what's going on 😥
@@Antflizzle did you bleed tha calipers upside down? the master wont be leaking as such but the seals will be gone, replace the master cyl abd try again, try to use the 7/8 master cyl for the best pedal feel
Sick build im doing the same 5lug conversion. But I have the Mazda 626 rear nut 32mm. Do you have the part number for that slim nut?
Check the honeddevelopments website

Both options will work for sure, you can go with either choice man
@TURBOTRISTO Im planning on getting a bend pak GP-7LCS 7k lb lift. Will have cut, reinforced, and dig a deeper section for the floor posts
