The first time I saw this deck popping up on my Instagram I immediately fell in love. I just adore the scenery and the concept behind the deck. It reminds me a lot of my first deck - the Prisma Visions! From the very box to some of the cards as well as the seasons in each. The Wands in Prisma also have this dark backgrounds and the wands pop with color against it. Death card also has a skeleton hand and a flower, and the Devil is also portrayed as a forest. Judgement presents a similar threshold as well! As for the minors, I believe the seasons are the same. This deck reads a lot like the Prisma, and since that was my first deck I keep going back to it for visual references and comparisons. I think I'm gonna wait for the second edition of this one though, see how they can polish it up. :) Thanks for the video!
I love both these decks, too. The Prisma Visions was my first indie deck and still my most personal deck. I'll have to compare it to my Spacious Tarot like you did.
This reminds me of the Ravens Prophecy. So much that I have even paired them together. Really have enjoyed the readings I've had with the Spacious Tarot.
I took my deck out as I watched this, and your thoughts on the darker tones made me see the High Priestess card "in a new light" lol. That card is unnecessarily dark for daytime, but there are shadows like when the full moon is out. So, maybe that moon in the shell is a reflection from the sky above. I love seeing that at nighttime so much better. I also love that it's a card that can be seen in so many ways. 😊 Thanks for the great walk-through!
I kinda really like this deck! It's unique with very effective imagery. Usually I like "classic" styled decks with figures and not a fan of modern decks. This one I might have to consider getting!
Love the art on this deck but the card stock (as others have stated) leaves a lot to be desired. My deck already has little chips in it. A thicker card stock like the Vindur Tarot’s would have been awesome.
I really love this deck, it has an openness that makes it in many ways feel like a pip deck in the sense that I don't feel hampered by the scenes but they give you enough to work with!
I think I have to delay ordering. :(( The price+shipping is too expensive (even if I order from the UK). I ordered The Lost Forest tarot from US, tax is still being added and I still have not received it. Does anyone know if the Spacious deck will be released on amazon worldwide one day?
The major arcana in this deck is truly breathtaking! I like the originality of the deck but in some aspects I am more traditional. I personally enjoy the duality of gender and like having it depicted in the court cards. I may have to order this if only for those stunning majors!
Nice review Kelly. I actually LOVE that perspective where you, the reader, are the archetype. In the ten op pentacles it looks like where the pentacles are, there have been branches cut off. I’ve just acquited the Elemental Tarot and in that deck the ten of pents is Desert. In both these examples there’s the opportunity to grow but it feels like an emphasis on.. not having great chances to do so. It’s something I don’t quite get yet regarding how I’ve always seen this particular card, also including Marseille system. Wonder if you have any thoughts on this?
Thank you for sharing, Kelly! I love watching your videos so it was very exciting to see you feature my deck.
I didn't think I'd like a simple deck like this, but it says a lot. I love it.
Same!

You are very welcome, it is a beautiful deck and I can definitely see how you would tie it to the Prisma Visions!!

@@inkandflame Would love to know how it goes and what else you can find. :)
romy_lv same I was like I gotta get it... it was worth $65
Thank you so much for your review : ) I'm researching for my first tarot deck and this really hit close to home

Kelly this looks like it would read beautifully alongside your Story in Color Lenormand!
It does :D Thank you so much for noticing!!

Never mind me. After I posted, it occurred to me to check the guidebook, and that's exactly what she wrote. 😅
You’re the only one I found mentioning the stiffness of this deck. Bridging it would bend the cards.
What a lovely deck here. Great colors and imagery.
Wow this deck is so stunning!!! Thank you!
Lovely mine arrived today I will be going through my deck for the first time while watching your walkthrough, Thank you 💙
Love this deck! Thank you so much! Your walk-through are lesson indeed!!! ✨💙🌊
Yay! Kelly, I live for your walkthroughs! Also, you should do a walkthrough of the Vindur tarot. It’s a beautiful pip indie deck.
Aw Richard, I’m so glad you enjoy them, that Vindur looks gorgeous, I’ll definitely be taking a closer look!!
Yeah Kelly...look forward to your Vindur walkthrough too.😁
I love your walkthroughs! 🤩

I follow the creator and I think she is definitely looking into color changes for the next edition. She feels
Ike some are darker than she intended.
I wish they considered working on the cards quality too. I've read some complaints about that. I am definitely buying it, though. It's gorgeous.

So glad you decided to get this deck and I always enjoy your first impressions
You were definitely right n this one!
I was disappointed in the wands, they didn’t feel like part of the deck, just an afterthought.
Anyone has any recommendation of what oracle set seem would work well with this one?
It looks gorgeous !
Someone on IG (maybe owl and bones tarot?) edges them in that sunset pink from the front of the guidebook and it’s so gorgeous!
Oooo I'll have to see if I can find that!
Yes it is a beautiful deck!!! I might consider getting it as well. :))
Now that you’ve had this deck for a while, I’m wondering how it reads.
I really love this deck, it has an openness that makes it in many ways feel like a pip deck in the sense that I don't feel hampered by the scenes but they give you enough to work with!
