Another good run, congrats to the 775 king.🎉 Dunno, it could be that the pll voltage fluctuations is what enabled such high oc on a L2 stepping. Some of these cpu were true Allendales chip with true 2MB L2, some were Conroe chip where only half of the L2 cache is enabled.
I had a c2d e6750 oced on air with the stock cooler during 5 years until my cpu toasted my xfx 780i and the cpu itsfelf. It was runing at 3.7 GHz it was stable for stupid as it sounds. It was fun while it lasted.

hey try to overclock q8200s or q9400s they are rated 65watts quads there are not many videos or posts how thoose would overclock
