Honestly i want to hear/see all that you are willing to share. I will be 33 and this video made me realize i need to take action now if im going to freeze my eggs. Thank you for sharing!!
@@tfordxo Thanks for the reminder. I need to circle back with updates. I had the procedure in October. But yes you are spot on! I’d advise people to start the process a good 6 months before you actually want to get it done because it can take a while.
Ladies, if you are financially able, I kindly advise you to consider freezing your eggs. While the media and celebrities often present having children naturally in your 40s or 50s as a common occurrence, it is, in reality, quite rare. Please take my advice seriously. I was diagnosed with perimenopause at the age of 35 and menopause at 40. As a result, I am childfree due to infertility. It is crucial to remember that as we age, the health and quality of our eggs decline.
@kristenstikes It is true that many individuals lack the financial means to afford fertility treatments, which can be quite costly. In fact, the cost of fertility treatments, such as in vitro fertilization (IVF), can be comparable to the cost of egg retrieval for freezing, as both procedures require the use of similar medications.
Thank you for sharing. Just moved to Atlanta and been thinking about freezing my eggs. You just confirmed that I need to do this. Can you drop the 2nd doctor name. She sounds great.
Every doctor should have this discussion with patients at age 28 😢‼️
They really should!

The media glamorizes having children in your 40s and 50s without communicating what the process was. So true!
