This content was excellent! I totally agree with the fact that each person needs to clean their own house before they can help others! Learning how to practice humility is a great start! Thank you for this spot on content!!!

I have been saying this to my family and friends for years, our comfort and conveniences are doing people in. This is a really good video I watched it twice.

I just listened on Spotify. I just think it’s amazing that a “toughness” trainer/leader does not sound like a tough guy at all and is very humble in how he speaks.

In the 80's we had the Presidential physical fitness program. We'd get a patch showing our level of fitness. You didn't dare want to get the plain patch as just a participant. It was a shame.

I understand what you are saying with there is more than just the gym. But for myself anyway the gym was just a part of my day that I had to get thru.

I appreciate people who will tell me when I am a soup sandwich, too bad most people don't have enough of a backbone to accept the truth.

Look to the food itself, why does over 90 percent of all American food products contain or utilize soy food or gmo.

Follow Dr. Stacy Sims for stats and data that isn’t all based on men. Women’s exercise needs relate to women’s hormones and stages of life. As she says, “women aren’t smell men.”
Super important to not generalize as far as women are concerned.

Being okay with being called an A*$ H*L, while knowing you are behaving right and not sinning, is the only way for real men to send a beacon to real women. New Saint Andrews College just created an add to attract the right people and intentionally repel the wrong ones. Likewise, Men need to stop appeasing the weak and foolish and start leading by placing boundaries to ridiculous and lazy and immoral behavior in others. May God bless and give grace and strength to real men!

To many excuses if I ever seen one extra pounds of fat on me it would b gone within couple days..I'd say 98 percent the time being over weight is a choice I said 98 because there is obviously some medical conditions thay cause Wright gain..get off ur ads and punish urself by running jogging walking or lifting weights

If you manage to flip the car while driving your wife and kids, I don’t care if you can do 200 unassisted pull-ups. You’re not going to turn over that 5,000 pound vehicle, unless there is some ‘Spider-Man or Hulk’ gene hidden in your bloodstream. The only thing those pull-ups will do is enable you to wave faster at passing cars to stop and help you.

What's primarily responsible for obesity? Easy...seed oils, grains, and sugar... basically; ultra processed foods. Eat only whole foods for 30 days and see what happens 😁🤙🏻

@@northsky5629 that's part of it, it definitely takes some time and work to eat healthy. But I also know how confusing it is for most people to eat "clean" because we've been lied to by the government for so long and there's an honest to God conspiracy between federal government, big pharma, and the big food companies to create sugar addicted lifelong dependents and patients... it's easier to control large groups of people when they're sick and weak, with low testosterone.

Strange perception on it, but perspective is everything. The things you notice about others are typically the things you yourself are doing.
