  • I give my helmet its first service and show what can happen when you're doing it. Visor change difference between older arais is identified here.
Done pretty much as a how-to tutorial from an average user.

I couldn't agree more, I have a brand new Arai sat on the shelf for over 2 years now cos the pod broke off, contacted Arai they more or less told me to go away "niceley", I keep the helment on show to remind me of what a fantastic piece of marketing engineering it is with a concept to perpetuate after market finances from the people who had worked hard to buy what was said to be the best on the market. nuf said.

Good video. I was hoping you showed how to reinstall the side plastic pieces. The same thing happened to me with them popping off. Thank you.

I've heard that silicone oil is not compatible with some silicone rubbers. Is the Servisol silicone grease OK?

It's non-industrial. The only dynamic pressure the seal will be resisting is the bullshit that comes out of my mouth when I'm riding :-P. I can't seem to remember what that book at work said;-). If worst comes to worse, I recommend the use of KY jelly!

Hi, could you guide me on how to change the top vent? I broke mine and thinking of buying the spare part and do it on my own. Would it be easy? Didnt dare to do this on my nicky 2 helmet.
