We have been cruising since 2009, & we wouldn't change Carnival for any other. We spend Christmas & New Years 2011 2012 in the caribbean, best chrustmas & new Years ever. It was either Breeze / Freedom. God blesss everyone for making our holidays the best, cruising. Keep it up CARNIVAL CRUISES. ❤❤❤💯💯💯👍👍👍
Anyone complaining about a ship having "too much going on" or being too busy clearly picked the wrong ship. Don't down the ship because you picked the wrong one for your needs/taste.
Honest ship reviews are needed for making the decision of which ship has🎉 "too much going on."🎉 So really the best advice would be research ship reviews.
No ship will be perfect for everyone. Some folks don't realize they have a lot going on so that people will take the same cruise more than once to experience all of it. But they've a right to say there's too much going on. And them saying that could help the next person avoid that same mistake.
I went on my first cruise (as an adult) last August on the Sunshine and I liked it! The service was great and I couldn't tell it was that old of a ship! We had a great time
I went on Carnival Sunrise a month ago. Lots of partying definitely. My fellow shipmates were all fantastic and friendly. Staff was fabulous. I even just relaxed in my room one day, enjoying the view, the burrito grill and a few drinks. I'd go tomorrow if I could!
We just returned from our first cruise we ever took, and we were on Carnival Paradise. We had an amazing time, and we loved the ship - but again, it was our first time cruising. Paradise might have been the perfect ship for our first cruise because we weren't overwhelmed with features and other passengers like we might have been on one of the newer much larger ships, but I would happily cruise on Paradise again.
I have been on the Freedom, Magic, Triumph (now the Sunrise), Glory three times, and the Vista.. By far the Vista was the best, but all of them were fine.. Going on the Liberty in September..
Just recently cruised on the Mardi Gras. True there is always something going on and it's very much a party atmosphere. But that's the way Carnival cruises are. However, you don't have to go to all the parties and activities. There are certainly places on the ship for you to chill and relax if that's your thing.
Carnival Breeze and Carnival Dream are two favorites. For the price, you get a great vacation. Both are clean and full of amenities. Carnival Dream is prettier for me. Thank you so much for the video 🎉
It’s not about the ship. It’s about the staff. Yes the ship is fun and all that. But there’s a bartender on paradise that I’ll never forget. I tipped him $200 because he always remembered my drink and it was a mtn dew. Every time he seen me walking up he had my soda ready to drink before I sat down and was always so nice and so kind. I’ll never forget that dude. Forgot his name but not who he is.
Great video. I would rate the Sunshine below the Elation. The Sunshine is a "Frankenship". They hacked up the Destiny, added a bunch of more cabins, and turned the theater into a Multipurpose venue, which it does fulfills the purposes badly. I have been on it twice. The first time was it's second sailing after it first launched in Europe and second time a couple of years ago out of Charleston. The first sailing the failings of the ship did not bother me because the destinations(W. Mediterranean) were fantastic. The second time the things that annoyed me about the ship were more obvious. It is really a confusing layout, the serenity deck is over the pool deck and the theater is really awful. While the Elation is smaller, the vibe is way better and it is easy to get around. I wouldn't want to do a 7 night or more cruise on it but is a great value. I have been on several Fantasy class ships. The Elation is the best of them. We were on her last year for the first time and had minimal expectations. Were had a great time. We will be going back on her again in Jan.. I did not see the Venezia on your list. maybe it came over from Costa to close to your review. We will be sailing on her in March. I guess this was a lot of work. If you get a chance, I would love to see an update showing if there has been any movement in the order.
27 years ago my parents and I went on a cruise to the Caribbean with the Carnival ship M/S Imagination. Great ship, delicius food, fantastic entertainment.
I’ve been to a cruise ship that started in 2011 and it was fine but the blanket and the sheets itchy like I don’t like it. Well at least I have fun though with my friends with my cousins and my family. I loved it.😊
I went on the Carnival Glory in Aug 2022 and it was awful. Old, dated, and lacked food and entertainment options. The cleanliness was bad with messes everywhere, often no soap in the bathrooms etc. etc. The spa was really small with only a couple saunas. The food tasted like it was all frozen prepackaged stuff that had been reheated. It felt loud and crowded just due to the lack of spaces for people to go to. But then I've heard good reviews for that ship. I was on the Panorama a couple weeks ago and it was awesome. The thermal suite was great and included a hot tub. I liked the Radiance, but it has a smaller thermal suite. It's a nice ship though. My favorite ship has been the Carnival Splendor. Huge spa and thermal suite and plenty of activities and entertainment.
I just looked at your review..Ive been on like 7 of the ones you've mentioned..I can definitely say out of the ones I've been on, I think Paradise is the worst..Im not sure if I remember you mentioning the Carnival Vista..That one was ok..My favorite so far that I've been on was the Mardi Gras..
The MARDI GRAS was one of the only carnival ships I did not like. too many people trying t o get drinks at same time, waiting forever (or so it seams) for elevators due to rude passengers. (wife has to use cart) and the red frog brewery to loud also they would not turn sound on the TV there for the vets
Just returned from Alaska on Spirit. AWFUL. 'Unobstructed view' cabin window was covered with rust and grime😟. Two staterooms actually flooded😲. Food quality depends on where you eat. Someone got sick🥵. Missed an excursion while waiting to debark as they relocated and reset a different site😡. Spirit?👎
I didn’t see Carnaval Freedom. I’m sure it is a fairly old one because it goes into dry dock I think in October of “23”. Our 16:30 cruise is for February of “24”. Why was it not on your Carnaval list?
I'm going on carnival horizon in a month, I'm surprised it's at #10, pretty much any other video I watch ranking the carnival ships coming from people who sailed on most of the carnival ships carnival horizon is always in the top 3. I guess I'll see when I get onboard, my first cruise though so I have nothing else to compare to so far.
Your way off the conquest should be in last place every single thing about it is terrible to buy if you enjoy people fighting all over the place this ship is for you
We loved the old smaller ships but sadly they were also cheap. Meaning many of the passengers aboard simply do not know how to act in public and are well animals. We left carnival behind because of it...
It’s either in Alaska or Australia, the latter of which Carnival doesn’t give a toss about. We don’t have the population, yet per capita we cruise a lot more than most countries. Been on the Luminosa 4 x it’s quite a good ship launched 2010, but not really geared up for children.
WE CRUISED ON THE PANORAMA IN SEPTEMBER 2023. THE WORST ASPECT OF THIS SHIP IS THE MAIN AUDITORIUM. TERRIBLE SEATS AND SIGHT LINES AND YOU FEEL YOU ARE THERE FOR AN AUCTION!!!!...SHIP HAS NO PERSONALITY...
Sight lines in the main theater and in the limelight lounge/punchliner comedy are definitely negatives for the Panorama. I think the Fantasy class by far has the most comfortable punchliner comedy lounges. Otherwise, the Panorama is an awesome ship.
@xShnawk perfect! I already booked it again for next Oct 2024. The NY terminal was the only flaw but I'm still leaving out of NY again. The ship was a good ship..

I enjoy the Elation. Jacksonville is a decent drive
@@KingBoog_I freaking love Elation, Also Fantasy (RIP). My personal opinion the Fantasy Class is great
I went on my first cruise (as an adult) last August on the Sunshine and I liked it! The service was great and I couldn't tell it was that old of a ship! We had a great time
Totally get that, especially for a first timer. As you go on better ships, it willl become more apparent to you when you go back to an old one.
Love the Breeze, just came back in February and booked another for December
I went sunrise late December and had a ball. Definitely a party ship. But then there was bingo too lol
I went November 9 to sunrise it was a party
Sailed on the Radiance last week. Enjoyed the food and entertainment, crew was fantastic and helpful too.
That was our 1st cruise ❤

I was on the Paradises inaugural cruise
I think I was on that one when it was non smoking

I took an eight day Southern Caribbean cruise on Splendor in 2016 and loved every minute!!
how would you describe the splendor compared to other boats if you have been on any others?
Breeze was my Fav cruise with Carnival
Just did the celebration and it was nice!
Carnival Breeze and Carnival Dream are two favorites. For the price, you get a great vacation. Both are clean and full of amenities. Carnival Dream is prettier for me. Thank you so much for the video 🎉
I love the Splendor. The spa is amazing
On the valor, i was on the way to the spa and saw the kids club and I was like??? They put that??? Next to the spa???
Breeze barely passed the last inspection. It ranked the worst of the fleet mainly for cleanliness and food safety violations

Been on Spirit and Pride I think. Both were only a couple years old at the time. So like 20 years ago. I'm going on Wonder Of The Seas in November.
I love the spa on the Splendor 🎉
I've watched both of your best to worst videos, can you do one on the NCL ships?
Hi. Just came back from a cruise with Carnival Celebrations one of thr best ship. Beautiful ship and friendly staff.
I’ve been to a cruise ship that started in 2011 and it was fine but the blanket and the sheets itchy like I don’t like it. Well at least I have fun though with my friends with my cousins and my family. I loved it.😊

I’ve been on the Glory 6 times and never had a bad experience.
Breeze was fantastic! But I came off magic this summer and enjoyed my time
What happened to Carnival Luminosa?
Where is Vista ranked?
I’m trying to see if the carnival vista is good she didn’t include this one
Same. I'm on Vista may 11-17
Great video!!!! This is super helpful, thank you!!
I just got off the Carmival Venezia. Definitely not a big fan. The food wasn’t the best!
Thank you for the video. Helped a lot.
Elation is my fav, my second is Fantasy and yes im a sucker for Fantasy Class also Elation got a revamp
I went on pride last year to Mexico and I loved it
I think u missed carnival luminosa, the one i’m looking for since i’m going on it soon
Breeze i miss u ..its only been 5 days from today since we parted ways. I will see u again one day
I have been on the carnival elation *best* I’m going on the carnival freedom * hope it’s better*
My cousin and I want to take a cruise which one would be best for 2 single Men over 40 plus ???

Good info.
Here’s my ranking for every Carnival ship i’ve been on
1. Carnival Panorama
2. Carnival Magic
3. Carnival Splendor
4. Carnival Inspiration (this ship no longer exists)
5. Carnival Radiance
6. Carnival Sunrise
what has everyone thoought of the Valor ship? Is it big enough to help with less sea sickness?
Carnival Dream been on it 7 times. Great
Is it a really good ship.
I was just on radiance 😂 2 hours ago cause it was the last day

Iam doing my first cruise going royal, but I will truly do a carnival but it has to be one that is good for a 55 year old. 😢
What about the Vista? I don't see it here.
Liberty?

Two ships you didn’t mention Carnival Jubilee and Carnival Triumph
Too bad none of the footage was from Carnival cruisrs
Carnival please send a new ship to Australia!!
I'm surprised there isn't a Carnival ship named Carnival.
What about carnival frenzie 2024?
This posting was in 2023, I was wondering how the Vista didn't make the list. We loved the Vista when we went on it earlier this year.
