I enjoy your humor and good eye for the finds you pick. I got use to looking forward to your Wed. posts. Was sad when they stopped coming. Then this past month a few more popped up, big smiles! I hope all is well in your life, heaven knows things we choose to do in life sometimes becomes a log around the neck when they start feeling like work. I just had to pass along, you have a very entertaining channel. Your knowledge on the pieces you choose is very impressive. Thanks for the sharing. Best to you and your Brother.

I’m gonna agree that the curtains were to protect something on that wall. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m imagining the previous owner was a combination of Liberace and Minnie Pearl. 😂 Eek!

I think so too! Now I wish I had taken a closer look at what was hanging on that wall lol. It was just so overwhelming.

You may have money, but that doesn’t necessarily mean you have taste. Whew! What an interesting estate sale. I love it

That was a crazy estate sale for sure! Funny as you glanced at a Ronald A Lee clown figurine (with the balloons). The gold on those is 24k and they go for some good money. I have one from an estate sale I’ve had listed for a little while. That’s how I found out about them. What a crazy place that was. I’m always so curious about people’s homes I go to for estate sales. Why do so many people collect and keep so much crap?? Hahaha Fun to dig thru and I think you did well with your choices. Thanks again! ❤️

It looked like there was a window opening across from the tapestry of the Blessed Mother. Unique set up, for sure. Go back on the last day and maybe they will make you a deal. Super cool collectables. As always, love the estate sales you take is on! Thank you and have a great day! 😁

Ughhhh lolllol I was dieing to look thru the clothes....lololol. I wonder if they had any Micheal Hoban North Beach Leather. Alot of people that like Gaudy stuff wore that in the 70s and 80s and some of it is very very valuable. Colored leather dresses...pants....crazy jackets... its easy to look for bec all u have to do is look for the leather pieces....then look at the brand. A few minutes!
I don't know what they were thinking jot lowering the prices for u on those items. They probably will not sell at those prices.....ohhh how much was the figure and what do u think you can make on it? Love your vids! Always a fun time! ❤️ 💙 💜 💖 💗 💘 ❤️

You're too funny! We'd have way too much fun shopping together. It would have more sense if those lace curtains reached the flooring 🤣 However, they may have been antique lace panels and they were like, hang them there... we'll knock out the wall for a window later! My imagination says, that place was paid in cash outright & it was more like a location they could store items from a much larger estate. Maybe someone downsized & they were moved into an assisted living....or maybe they were burgalers & that's their stash house! That round pc was the first thing I noticed.🧐😏🙃🤣🤣🤣. At least you were able to find a couple things.

Awesome place but very overpriced on everything..😢 I guessed the curtains on the wall's but didn't see that rofa in the middle of room..😜 Maybe they closed the curtains when certain people come over so they don't see them and their value.. Gr8 find's btw love the Murano.. Stay safe all..👍💕🔥⚾😷

I was completely taken by the color wheel.
Windows have drapery, doorways have courtiers. The stuff on the walls was just some crazy crap.
Round banquets are generally found in huge hotel and theater lobbies. This leads me to ask and as a gay man myself, were the former occupants by any chance a Friend of Dorothy? There was some bad Le Cage aux Faux drama going on up in there.

Oh hey! Speaking of art on walls… I wanted to share with you that I found an amazing c1850s or 1860s watercolor of Inverquharity Castle, Scotland, by renowned architectural artist James Lawson Stewart (1829-1911) in a Goodwill last week. It’s in my video from Thursday (my most recent.) I’m hoping to get it back to Scotland! I have actually corresponded with the man who currently owns it. His name is Chris Law and he’s a member of parliament. It’s all so weird, and I knew you would be interested.
I’ll be updating my audience on it in tonight’s vid. Cheers!

Truthfully, I thought that outdoor/indoor area made it look like that building used to be a motel that got converted into condos. My first thought was Red Roof Inn! 😊 Those round sofas are weird. The only time I would like it was at a shoe store so you don’t have to interact with the people next to you.

I would guess that the company doing the estate sale maybe combined estates and removed some furniture to bring in more items.(??)

Somehow I get a feeling that, that place was staged. I know some people want to represent an abundance of lived in wealth. Perhaps he was a cheap thrift store, and yard sale hoarder. That knew his stuff, and prices. But to get those prices, they make it an estate sale. Because you could only bid on those prearranged prices.
That's what cheap people do. When they're too cheap to rent out an antique dealers booth, or give commission to anyone that sell they're stuff at a consignment store.
