Another change i want in unite to happen is to buff and nerf cars Buff : Handling of low-mid A class cars like Lamborghini Aventador sv Porsche 918 spyder Mclaren p1 And apollo N To atleast like 60 handling stat and a little bit acceleration buff They are not being used a lot in multiplayer And now, to nerf section: Nerf the fck out Huracan evo spyder (like nerfing its top speed) And remove the perfect nitro boost of vanda These are kinda enough to balance the multiplayer. Hope GL realises it
Honestly if the game doesn’t launch with casual multiplayer without all the classes being locked behind a ranking system preventing people from using any car they want or if they don’t add it in the game later in its lifecycle that’ll already chase away people who still had hopes for the game
I think the other option is the 'Link with code' esp people don't have FB due to privacy reasons. You know, like A9 PC which you can link the MS Store version with the Steam one with just a code that they added in.
its very likely that the process of requesting your login information for your gameloft id (or changing your email/password) will be completely automatic, just like how everyone else does it and there will be no need to contact support unless youve lost access to your email

I have my A9 account signed into Facebook, which here's that I'm gonna call out, or least be concerned about: Can you even migrate your Facebook Progress on Asphalt 9 into the Gameloft ID. That will be concerning for me and since Facebook is where I have my Asphalt 9 progress, I would say it would go wrong when Facebook account isn't compatible to migrate for the Gameloft ID. That I'm assuming my biggest issue, since Facebook is naturally how I also keep my Minion Rush progress that also requires the Gameloft ID, it would really be impossible for me to cut all of my Facebook progress to send it to my Gameloft ID, and that also goes to Minion Rush, Asphalt 8. Yeah, I would already tell I'm not ready to say bye bye to my Asphalt 9 progress using Facebook login if the final option has always been the Gameloft ID. My HCR2 progress on Facebook was now lost and gone so, that's about right. And that's only my main issue with Gameloft ID.

The only thing I want to say to GL is that , Do the best like what they did in the releasing of Asphalt 8 in 2013. They should not go absolutely crazy like what they did with Asphalt 8 years later in 2021 by adding Avatars, bad music, ripping the whole A8's theme...
I use a Redmi 9 to play A9. It even supports 60 FPS. I don't believe GL will start nerfing the good cars. Why I say that? Because nerfing is one of the things why people left A8. I have no idea who plays that nowadays. I even deleted it from my phone because of the constant nerfing of my cars. And I had tons of cars, like 250+ or even 300+ I don't remember. Anyways, if GL starts nerfing in A9, then they can say bye-bye to their willing-to-pay userbase.

No idea as for now since they will have physical release for the Switch and PS4/5 which both of them no cross-progress unfortunately. Cross-play still works for all.

What i mean is that it has more downs than ups, like the new UI, the Font used to measure the speed (while racing) is HORRIBLE! And the new menu design is not very good, it will take me a while to get used to it.

For now, it is 'optional'. You can just link the progress to other platforms via the 'Link with code' option via in-game Settings > Gameloft Connect > Connect (at least you need to link the game platforms like Apple Game Center on iOS, Google Play Games and/or Xbox if you don't want to lose progress) But they also provide Gameloft Launcher for PC in some games like Disney Speedstorm which GL ID is needed.
I'm using an iphone 15 pro to play a9. I have literally the best ios phone on the market to play a9 (some even play it on ipad pro m2 or m4), but still being a f2p, so I am still concern about the changes gl bring to this game in unite update
honestly the graphics update at this point is kinda needed after nearly 6 years… also is ray tracing even coming? I don’t even think most phones can even handle ray tracing when they run A9 hardly at 60 fps
Raytracing is bs. There are a lot of reliable graphics techniques to handle light sources and shadows. And yes, most (if not all) phones would be unable to handle raytracing. It is a very resource hungry computation. It is needed for graphics artists only, not gamers.
What about controller if all platforms join together I'm playing using touchdrive it would be bad for touchdrive users like me to compete against pc players in multiplayer and other time limited event leaderboard 😢.
