    Pappu Chekkalu: A traditional South Indian snack, Pappu Chekkalu is a must-have during festivals. Also known as Appalu, Nippatu, and Thattai, these crispy rice crackers hail from Andhra and Telangana cuisines. They are addictive, flavorful, and reminiscent of childhood memories.
    Ingredients:
    2 cups rice flour
    2 green chilies (adjust according to spice level)
    1/2 tsp cumin seeds
    5-6 garlic cloves
    1/2 tsp carom seeds
    2 tsp sesame seeds
    2 tbsp soaked chana dal
    2 tbsp soaked moong dal
    Finely chopped curry leaves
    2 tbsp spring onions (optional)
    1.5 tsp salt
    2 tbsp butter
    1 cup hot water
