I actually loved that prompt because our teacher had us write essays from prompts of years past. One of the old prompts was very similar to this year's so I spun the essay I had already written to fit the new prompt.
Same for APUSH, for my form they barely put anything on the war of 1812, entire era from 1860-1930, skipped WW1 and WW2, barely had anything on Cold War The whole test was on colonialism and the civil war 😭

@@antantelope make sure you read some novels (you can find lists online of novels that could be useful for the exam) and make sure you digest the themes and messages. Normally your teacher would have you read some of these novels throughout the year, and preferably have you write essays to prepare. This is for the FRQ question 3, where you rely solely on previous books you’ve read to write an essay. The other 2 essays will have a prompt for you. Practice tests are probably the best way to prep for the multiple choice
@@antantelopeGarden of English (UA-cam channel) has playlists covering each FRQ with tips and templates and honestly they’re pretty good. I binged then and practiced with them a couple days before the exam and I came out wayyy better than any practice exam I had taken beforehand
Man for psych I’ll always be thankful for getting Gavin and his marbles lol but for APUSH, I immediately freaked out when I saw Carrie Nation as our second SAQ bc I recognized her but boy the last two parts of that SAQ were rough ngl 😭🖐🏼🖐🏼🖐🏼
I knew something was up when only a couple MCQ questions on chem involved IMFs. It's been a huge part of all of the past exams that I've looked at, not really sure why it was barely included on this test.
I was so confused about the mealworms section on the apes exam but then i realized that the whole thing was about how lower trophic levels are more efficient as food sources and how insects require less energy input to produce more energy than other livestock. Still, they could’ve used another example rather than mealworms
It’s a dumb prompt they expect young people to understand but there’s really not much to say I struggled to find 3 pieces of evidences arguing their validity.

I took both environmental qnd chem this year. I actually found that environmental frq pretty fun because I am fascinated with insects and because it is a very controversial topic of switching to insect protein diets. As for chem... yeah there is no excuse for themto not use ANY IMF questions. But, they did have a question about ALLOYS. Like come on at most you spend five minutes going over them.
