Yeah, if I was to buy a kindle (which is doubtful) it wouldn't be that one. I would want one that can. Like. Zoom. And also one that have colours for when I read things with colours. Seems like all this kindle have for itself is... Well... The warrior cat printing
I swear I saw this cover on the website store but can’t find it anymore. Then found out about it on Amazon the day after Prime Day when I ended up getting a regular kindle. So I’m just going to paint my own case with things from my favorite series (including some warrior cats).
Yup I saw that I have some warriors books in French on electronic books but honestly I am more used to paper books and it’s hard for me to be more on electronic books
Diary of An 8-Bit Warrior is not ripping off Diary of a Wimpy Villager (you didn't mention that but it was shown on-screen), it's a print version with (I believe) different art. It's a really, really good series! It's not really ripping off Wimpy Kid either. It's super different not to mention INFINITELY better, bold, underlined, and italicized. The art is great, the storyline is great, the humor is perfect. The only downside is that it's unfinished and the last book was released in 2018, but I think the author is going through some hard times, so that's understandable. ...hehe, sorry, just had to defend THE BEST MINECRAFT BOOK SERIES EVER (with The Quest for the Obsidian Pickaxe being an extremely close second. Diary of Steve the Noob is great too, but I definitely prefer D8BW and QOP. (How am I only just realizing how overly obsessed I am with Minecraft fanfictions...))
The cover also wasn't changed for being too close to Wimpy Kid, it was changed because of an artist deciding to do art for it or something. And Minecraft books aren't ripping off Minecraft, they're fanfictions.
Buy all the books for around 1300 (more but I’m unsure) OR buy 180 and get 30 books where only 18 is actually Well sorted. If they had all books it would be better, and it is actually cheaper but also a bit strange, and Idk if you have to also buy the books once you buy the device?
I would really really want this kindle if I could do other things on it. Like Google, UA-cam, play games, listen to music, all that jazz. But since it doesn't and only allows you to read books, it's kind of a waste of money in my opinion. I love books and I think it's sorta neat that devices like this exist, but if I get a Warrior Cats kindle, I'm gonna wanna do other things with it cause a Warriors kindle is just flippin awesome.
as someone who reads warrior cats mostly digitally (I have too many books) I NEED this (also awh dammit internet. I download fanfics off AO3 to read in class.)
I have an app for this. (I’m not sharing the app) It’s like a library, and not a book store. You wait for copies of the book. (I’ve waited several months for some books) You must give them back between 7-21 days (depending how long you choose, but you can return it early)
I wasn’t sure where to put this but I just wanted to hear someone’s opinion on this Swiftpaw became Longtail’s apprentice in “Fire and Ice” before Fireheart and Greystripe went to bring WindClan back When they came back, they were made mentors to Brackenfur and Cinderpelt Brackenfur was made a Warrior in “Forest of Secrets” despite being younger then Swiftpaw and before Tigerclaw’s betrayal I get it that Swiftpaw was annoyed when Cloudtail was made a Warrior before him but what about Brackenfur?
Fun Fact: That minecraft knockoff series has a sequel series about a cat. I am very guilty of binge-reading those series in elementary school. Was it good? A little bit. It leaned a lot more on rpg mechanics than minecraft mechanics, I think the only reason it was in the minecraft artstyle was just to get more people to read it. Now they are doing a soft reboot of the series and it kind of makes me just a tiny bit sad. (Im talking about the diary of a minecraft villager series btw.)
This would be cool if i actually wanted a paperwhite kindle but ive already got a kindle hd which i would prefer to have since its in color and you can also watch videos on it.
I’ve read the first 2 arcs before I got this kindle, I only have 21 free warrior cats books. Not even the complete first arc, well none of the arcs are complete. I got this for Christmas so I don’t know how/when my grandparents bought this, but if they paid 130+ for this I’d be expecting at least the first 3 arcs. Or maybe even every warrior cats book.
ive been reading all the books in order and i refuse to read a super edition until i finish the main series but i have finally broke, tomorrow im gonna go get hollyleaf's story, also can someone tell me if there are any spoilers in hollyleaf's story that can spoil anything after omen of the stars?
When he said there was 30 I thought it was going to be the prophecies begin, a new prophecy, power of three, omen Bo of the stars, and dawn of the clans but I guess I was wrong
I thought the same thing, but I once saw a kindle in a store, they're very smooth on the eye. Not bright are all, and they don't have the same feeling as , like, a phone set on low brightness. It's made to read, so it's really comfortable. (At least, for the one I saw, I can't tell for that one lol. But if it's well done, it should be the same)
The Kindle paperwhite is designed to shine minimal light in your eyes. And it also lets you turn the brightness down and also increase the "warmth" to reduce blue light and make it even easier on the eyes. Of course actual books may still be better depending on your preference, but it is significantly more comfortable than a regular screen.
I’m trying to justify getting this even though I already have a Kindle, lol. At this point it really has become a lot like Nintendo special editions for me, some of them you just go “Wow, I really want that”
I own physical copies of all of the Warriors books (actually I own two sets kinda, all of the Wayne McLoughlin covers and then all of the reboots because the collector in me just couldn't stay silent) and having something like this wouldn't do me any good really since I actually love getting physical material copies of books series' that I enjoy, but I can totally see this being a good idea for kids. Not only does it include Warriors but other stuff too that kids would enjoy, and this is a good way to get kids to actually enjoy reading because a lot of kids these days just don't, and it's one of my favorite hobbies. Mind you, the pricing is a little bit.. well, pricey, so I think that yeah, it should be lower. But since they only include a fraction of the series in this bundle, I would actually like to discuss which books I think should be in this deal. So this is what I think. As for the main storyline, I would actually include these four whole arcs instead of three: - The Prophecies Begin 1-6 - The New Prophecy 1-6 - The Power of Three 1-6 - Dawn of the Clans 1-6 - The Fourth Apprentice (OOTS 1) - The Apprentice's Quest (AVOS 1) - Lost Stars (TBC 1) - River (ASC 1) You thought I was gonna say Omen of the Stars, but actually I think Dawn of the Clans is a way better decision. These choices include most of the popular characters and includes the prequal series characters. Giving people four arcs, in other words, half of the series give or take, would be a fairer decision for the pricing and would provide more flexibility for readers, I think providing the prequal series in this bundle is just a good idea. As for the one offs, I actually was only going to include The Fourth Apprentice originally, but I eventually decided to kinda stick with the whole preview for the newer arcs thing that they were trying to do accept with only the first book in every other arc that isn't completely featured. These are mainly here to act as a sorta like, freebie for these four arcs, and so that if you decide to make a purchase of the rest of the books, you get at least one free book in every arc. This way, every arc is included in some way, and you still have to pay for a lot of the books outside of the bundle. Personally, I feel this is way better than including half of two arcs, which I found really odd since they only included one OOTS book? But anyway. Now onto Super Editions, this is a bit tricky but my decision is pretty straight forward: - Firestar's Quest - Bluestar's Prophecy - Tallstar's Revenge - Yellowfang's Secret - Crookedstar's Promise This list is obviously a list of old SEs and my reasoning isn't that complicated: scrap Tigerheart's Shadow, since the books it takes place in are not included in this bundle, scrap Squirrelflight's Hope (as much as I love her) for pretty much the same reason. With these five SEs, you can gain a lootttt of context for before The Prophecies begin, AND as well as more context in regards to each clan; Bluestar for ThunderClan, Tallstar for WindClan, Yellowfang for ShadowClan, Crookedstar for RiverClan and Firestar's Quest for SkyClan, which I think is way more immersive. Now I know, why did I choose Firestar's Quest for SkyClan when SkyClan's Destiny is literally right there? Well, it's honestly mostly because Firestar is just a staple of the franchise, and I don't think a list would be complete without including his SE, that and the fact that chronologically, SkyClan's Destiny takes place after Firestar's Quest. Also I think that having Firestar there though instead of jumping straight into SkyClan's Destiny makes a lot more sense given the fact that we know Firestar prior to his SE, and that's not the case for Leafstar. This is also the case for the rest of the chosen SEs, we are familiar with every character pretty well since they were all present in the first arc. And this list personally has some of the best SEs in my opinion, that being Tallstar, Yellowfang and Bluestar's SEs. (Not that Tigerheart or Squirrelflight's are bad, they are good, it's just that they once again have no place being on this list sadly given the circumstances). Novellas now, and there are a lot to choose from, and since the kindle did not choose individual novellas and opted for the 3 in 1 book versions, I will do the same: - Shadows of the Clans (Mapleshade, Goosefeather, Ravenpaw) - Legends of the Clans (Spottedleaf, Pinestar, Thunderstar) Alright so I picked two instead of one, for a total of 6 novellas, and these are some pretty solid ones. Obviously were keeping Shadows of the Clans, it's iconic and houses some really good novellas, including Mapleshade's Revenge, so that was a good pick already; but I feel like only 3 isn't a fair amount for the price, and I really like Legends of the Clans as well, especially since it contains Pinestar's Choice, which is also a very very solid novella (All 6 of these are really, but the star of the show in both of these is for sure Mapleshade and Pinestar, in my personal opinion though I'm sure that others maybe have different opinions but these two novellas are pretty good objectively speaking). Whilst picking, I made sure not to choose any books that included cats that we have not seen yet in the arcs I listed and/or have not been seen enough yet in said arcs. Basically to avoid spoilers as much as possible for future arcs. Last but certainly not least, the graphic novels, and these are my choices given what I have already chosen above: - The Rise of Scourge - All 3 volumes of Tigerstar & Sasha (Side note: Tigerstar & Sasha should really get a colored reboot, just redraw it in the current graphic novel art style) - Graystripe's Adventure So, given the mainline arcs I chose, these are the best and make the most sense. The Rise of Scourge gives context for Scourge before The Prophecies Begin and readers will gain understanding for his backstory, and besides, Rise of Scourge is an absolute angsty classic. Tigerstar & Sasha, so readers can understand where Sasha came from after she leaves in The New Prophecy, and finally, Graystripe's Adventure, so readers can fill in the gaps between his capture in Dawn all the way to his return in The Sight. These work out really well, considering, and now we have a pretty good amount of material to work with, as well as a way fairer bang for your buck. We go from 30 books in total for 180 bucks, to 44(I hope im counting that correctly), atleast for the Warriors books in the bundle, but im just going to assume anyone buying this is here MAINLY for the Warriors series and not much of anything else. But the real question, is this justified for 180 bucks? In my opinion, ehhh maybe? Depends on the books and the quality of, but there's some really good ones here, and I made sure to choose ones that I really enjoyed and that made the most sense. Maybe at a minimum, they could lower it to about 170 MAYBE 160? but I feel like that as a proud owner of every single book in the Warrior Cats franchise, that this is a pretty alright price for this amount of content. I mean I'd be pretty damn happy with this deal if I was a new reader.
As someone who does owen the normal paperwhite kindle I have found that you can use the web, but you have to use urls, some pages will not open (instructions) Go to home and click the 3 dots that go straight down you will see "Web Browser" and boom, though idk if it just mine, but YT does not work :( hope this helps!

Very :( It does make me a little sad that the title made Akira just brush it off as a "offbrand version" of the other series when it's so different from them.
I didn't try reading it, so it's totally possible I was being too harsh on it. I just thought it was funny that combining Minecraft and Diary of Wimpy Kid was so successful a formula that multiple authors became bestsellers from it.

Novellas now, and there are a lot to choose from, and since the kindle did not choose individual novellas and opted for the 3 in 1 book versions, I will do the same:
- Shadows of the Clans (Mapleshade, Goosefeather, Ravenpaw)
- Legends of the Clans (Spottedleaf, Pinestar, Thunderstar)
Alright so I picked two instead of one, for a total of 6 novellas, and these are some pretty solid ones.
Last but certainly not least, the graphic novels, and these are my choices given what I have already chosen above:
- The Rise of Scourge
- All 3 volumes of Tigerstar & Sasha (Side note: Tigerstar & Sasha should really get a colored reboot, just redraw it in the current graphic novel art style)
- Graystripe's Adventure
So, given the mainline arcs I chose, these are the best and make the most sense.

The fact I'm watching this on a kindle-
Ok, I have a kindle so I kinda wanna get one. Wait..are the cases not removable 😭
I would probably want this if it weren't for the outrageous price and the fact that I just don't enjoy reading digital books
I used to have this kindle but it wasn’t warrior cats themed
Woo this is the earliest I’ve ever been on a UA-cam video
I haven’t even started it yet but it’s sure to be great
WHAT????? I DON'T NEED IT BUT HELLO???? That's a huge waste of merch. At the same time, It's a decent device it seems
I wonder if they will make phone cases but different kinds for each clan
It's cheaper doing it yourself
I would want wings of fire
As someone who does owen the normal paperwhite kindle I have found that you can use the web, but you have to use urls, some pages will not open (instructions) Go to home and click the 3 dots that go straight down you will see "Web Browser" and boom, though idk if it just mine, but YT does not work :( hope this helps!
I'm currently watching this on coloured kindle with games on it! I just use the web with no problems that's weird that yours does that. ALSO ITS LAGGY AND ANNYOING

New subscriber here! I love your vids!
i really want one but in my country there's not even the option to buy a Kindle kid version 😢
You are say- to be- the WOT?! On a real note this would be... Interesting to say the least...
I got this Kindle for Prime Day. I was able to trade in my old Amazon Frie from 2017 to get a deal on it so I only had to pay $75.
I've been thinking about getting a kindle sooooooo maybe now?
Bit strange, why wouldn’t they make a case instead…
I really want this, but I can’t buy it! I live outside of the US AAA
This actually sounds pretty nice, just like how early I am

YO DON'T DISRESPECT DIARY OF AN 8-BIT WARRIOR. It's pretty fascinating for a book series and personally I really like it. "Diary" formats are always interesting, and this series is about a villager who wants to be a warrior. Is good.
Agreed. It's sad that we have to wait so long for a new book.
Very :(
It does make me a little sad that the title made Akira just brush it off as a "offbrand version" of the other series when it's so different from them.
I didn't try reading it, so it's totally possible I was being too harsh on it. I just thought it was funny that combining Minecraft and Diary of Wimpy Kid was so successful a formula that multiple authors became bestsellers from it.
@@BrightGuardianAkira ngl you actually replying gave me a mini heart attack! But I totally understand your perspective! Combining Minecraft with anything basically summons consumers, haha. I think you're the only UA-camr I've ever seen acknowledge the existence of those books as the slightly cursed (but very neat) artifacts they are.
Yes it is!
Lol i read all the warriors books on my kindle, it lines up!
can't wait to get the warrior cats kindle so i can read... american girl books. what did you think i was gonna say?
