    My diet plan.
    Breakfast-I eat dosa and idly for breakfast some days and idly and dosa for other days.
    For lunch- I eat whatever my family prepares. Sometimes Sambar and most of the time Rasam.If I got luck I will get some fries😀
    Finally for dinner- Whatever cooked for lunch.Previously I was 76 now I am 65.
    Moral-- No fancy foods and junkies🤪🤪

      I also did like that...but your body will break your own muscles to support....so its good to eat balanced diet...protein fat carbohydrate minerals ... but I would go for fresh food.

      U think such an experienced person in body building for such a long time.. Doesnt knw this..? I think he is wantedly mentioning.. To ensure people dont blindly follow him and take 80 to 100 gms protein a day..

    Hi bro..one egg white has 3gms of protein and egg yolk also contains 3gms of protein..a normal human needs protein according to his weight..per gm of protein/his weight

    Sir I think you are confused,one whole egg has 6 gms of protein and one egg white has 3gms of protein and one scoop of whey protein has 24 gms of protein.and any individual need 0.8-1 gm of protein per kg for maintenance of muscle.

    I wish to mention my lifestyle here
    Breakfast : Millets with lot of veggies (heavy quantity)
    Lunch : only fruits or cooked veggies
    Dinner : Dry fruits and nuts juice with palm jaggery
    Omited things : Rice, sugar and dairy products except ghee
    Oil preferred : Coconut oil
    My own diet 😀

      brown bread / rice / pulka should fulfill your daily carb needs if case if you are avoiding rice because Carbs are energy sources . Try to add a cup of brown rice or 2 pulka to your lunch .

      Add protein to u r diet. Because our body burns more calories to digest protein and u can add soya chunks i won't increase estrogen levels or cause any kidney problems...if u have kidney problems then u can consume it in a controlled way .

    Sir it's very difficult to lose weight gain muscle starting from age 35 n 40 and above even more difficult so you being over 50 have put lot of hard work along with proper diet to have a great physical body

      @@Chris-vt6nl but then with a certified dietian advise routine we can keep body weight under BMI. Cut 50% intake perday. No matter whatever the age may be we can still be fit and look charming. The real handsome looks of a man starts from 35. We need to keep out brain active and stress free to let the positive vibes flow a cross the body. More work gives more energy. Timely we can take supliments like revital etc. In a nut shell, I cannot live my life my tommorow today. I will live my today to make my tommorow better than yesterday.

    I appreciate him sharing his healthy diet routine. Get Inspired, but dont follow his diet plan blindly as his water intake, age, workout routine are not discussed on this video. If you just see these recepies and try without suffient sleep, exercise, water intake, I assure we will hurt our Kidney and liver function so badly it will not recover. High protien diet which he prescribe should be followed under strict workout and lifestyle conditions and if not will harm our organs more than it can do good. Let's keep our food intake simple, sleep well and Stay healthy!

    My morning breakfast oat,peanut butter ,banana , nuts shake sometimes I add black chana and drink vitamin C...lunch chicken breast 2 white rice vegetables, pre workout meal banana or whoel meal bread,post workout meal 3 whole eggs and dinner is breadth with tuna before sleep I eat oats ....and everyday my plan will change with other nutrition foods I don't eat same food everyday cut chicken add fish ..
