Highly disagree on the dark elf. Its very good for hex builds that want to apply as many debuffs as possible. For example builds that want to rack up damage through the "Jinx" hex weapon art (detonates debuffs on enemies dealing dmg and deals more dmg based on how many debuffs are detonated). On top of this dagger or swing speed builds will benefit as you can rapidly apply debuffs through quick swings and weapon arts that hit alot like barrages. So with a hex dagger build that uses jinx weapon art I would say this is def the best race. If this passive procs with things that increase the likelihood of chance based effects occurring such as luck ring it could actually be an extremely busted race.

Omen bearer lets me have a chance to extend debuff durations when i deal hex dmg. Basically i use dark elf, divine edge blade, and hex dagger handle. Ok so on my build, hitting enemies with debuffs lets me heal, with divine edge blade, my heals damage opponents, with luck ring I can proc debuffs far more often. One piece of omen bearer lets me extend these debuffs so i dont need to worry about it running out. Now with jinx I can detonate it to deal massive amounts of dmg to tanky enemies, or i can just leave the debuffs on and heal. Now just use a rune that gives 10% holy or hex boost for stats, and then join hex/cursed guild as it increases the potency of all ur debuffs.
I have orc and I’m pretty sure it’s broken rn, at least visually in the stat menu it doesn’t show me gaining any extra tenacity despite my perks from armor and such

Dark elf is actually good if you are going for the hex build and the random debuff can be coming from poison to fire dmg with any kind of weapon i think its pretty decent race but thats my opinion

high elf is really good from what ive seen using it. the cooldown on weapon arts makes quite a difference even if its only 25%
human underrated like for real
kitsune is also usefull on most psych bulids i think (speed and atk speed can for example syngerize GS bulids i think)
it’s worth noting draco’s have their own exclusive guild, each colour having a different buff, so it really lets you specialise.

i run high elf for my cleric build and its good for getting ur heal back quicker
dark elf is good on dagger build, doing debuffs on enemies is nice imo

Gladiator guild is best with elf imo you basically can constantly have your rage buff on
