I completely agree with you, even I came to this conclusion after using traya.
I made a powder with pumpkin, sunflower, fox seed, chia seed and flax seed. Every day I take 7 soaked almonds, 1 glass copper water having 5-6 fengureek seeds, 3 dates and 1 spoon of this powder. Mix all these in a blender and your smoothie is ready, and drink this smoothie everyday.
So detailed routine:
Start with Amla Juice (I use Kaviva)
After this I take the smoothie.
Other breakfast (For non veg days, I take omellete and on veg days I take sprout chaat)
Use Minoxidil day and night (0.8-1 ml) (Better use alochol free, alochol increses dandruff at my end)
For oiling, I mix castor, coconut and rosemary oil.. Only 2 times a week.
As you are getting enough things, you should also do some cardio daily, it will increase the blood circulation. The smoothie is the game changer because it block DHT very effectively and contains all B complex vitamins and omega 3 fatty acids.
Add ashwagandha powder in smoothie powder if needed, if you are dealing with stress as well.

2. Cool it
3. Put it in blender/grinder and store in a box.
4. Add 30 gm ashwagandha powder (optional) in 300 gm. Finally it’s 330 gm.
5. Take 11 gm daily (1-2 चम्मच)
Now how to make smoothie:
Mix 1-2 चम्मच powder, 3-4 dates, 7 soaked almonds, (if you need more sweetness, you can also add proteinex powder) and 1 glass of copper water. Put it in blender and make the smoothie.

I have been using traya since march 2023. First, they promised hair growth in 5 months. Then the timeline shifted to 8 months. And now its been more than a year. The hair growth they talk about is for baby hairs and this is where they trick you. And baby hairs dont grow full length. Just like tiny hairs on a spider's legs. All they do is fill a tiny portion of your scalp so it looks like your hairs have become a bit bulky. But it is not so. When you ask about it, they say they didnt give guarantee for that. Negatives aside, a few positive things that i found useful for me were ketoconazole night lotion and shampoo from traya. I got relief fron stubborn dandruff in a month. The hair tattva tablets did have an effect on my overall energy levels throughout the day. I wasnt feeling lethargic in short period of time as i used to before. All in all, i didnt get the effect they promised. I wanted fuller hair and their marketing will make you believe it is achievable, but its not. And yes, do carryon with minoxidil. Your remaining hairs will try to hold on, atleast.

i had a good amount of hair during my teenage years but I faced hairloss during the lockdown period due to stress and other factors.
Hair was thinning on the middle part of the head and it made me worry more. At the age of 25, it was alarming for me.
I then looked for what could have been the reason and tried to work on it.
I drank lots of water and tried to reduce body weight and minimise the overall intake of junk foods and trimmed all my hair to a short length and used to put coconut oil and mustard oil alternatively every few days in a week. And also consumed vitamin e capsules.
Slowly the hairfall reduced as soon as reduced the body weight and when I limited the intake of junk foods. I during that time used to sleep well which in turn helped me control the stress levels.
It was going well until the start of this year, I stopped working out and again started eating junk foods. Now hairfall has again started and I am very upset with myself.
Last week I trimmed my hair and again started putting hair oils.
To all who have good amount of hair, care for it.
All I can say from my experience is that
1. One needs to drink lots of water every morning and during the day.
2. Avoid fried and junk foods.
3. Massage your scalp with any oil you like. Mustard oil is good but only apply it during night time and wash it before going out next morning.
4. Vitamin e capsule helps.
5. Irrespective of volume, length of your hair try to buzzcut it once every year and at that time apply oils regularly.
Hope it helps.
Try derma roller 1mm + Rosemary oil with coconut oil. Do twice a week for at least 6 months to see some effect. It works for me. The whole setup will cost less than rs400 per month. 😊.

Traya used to be quite good, we obviously have to be patient to get results; however the current conversation was not good and the hair fall post using minoxidil is not favourable.

Thanks Ansh. I was waiting for this kind of review because its about 6 months I am using traya kit. In these 6 months I have booked call more than 20 times about my hair falls, but every time they are saying it's 8-9 month course. It will take time in the start they were saying we are working on dandruff. after 3 months they are saying they are working on hair control. Right now I am facing more hair fall than previous months but they are saying as previously it's hair cycle. Old hair fall out new baby hair grow. Right now I have seen some white hairs on my head previously I thought it is natural but now it is trayas product side effect.

See, It's not like it works for everyone, one of my friend took Different Hair Growth medication for 2 years, still no effect, bcz it was genetic. My brother has been using Traya Products for quite a year, and It has shown significant Hair Growth and reduction in Hair fall. I'm using Minoxidil and Biotin, for past 2 months, and it's showing improvements. So don't blame the Companies, It didn't worked for you, doesn't mean it will not work for others. Not all medicine suits, Try the one which shows improvement to you.

It is unfortunate that you didn't get good results. Mera experience bohot achha hai Traya ka, Mai almost 18-19 months se use kar rha hu. Mera dandruff 1.5 months mein theek ho gaya tha and uske baad se dandruff nai aaya mujhe. Hair fall to ruka he uske upar hair quality bhi improve hui hai meri! Mere ek friend ko bhi suggest Kiya and usko bhi achhe results mile. Filhal meri hairline bhi better hui, density bhi better hui. And har month itna bill nai Banta hai! I think ab to 600-800 ka bill banta hai average per month. I strongly recommend Traya, it is worth a try!

Dont waste your time and money traya. Get a dermarolller and minoxidl and folllow strict routine for 3 months. If uour hair loss hasnt reached alarming levels, this protocol should for you

I used traya for 2 months. It is a big fraud . I was hesitant to take a traya when I took the risk . But I was shocked when they used my old photos as my improvement.

Do you have any review for thrive or arata serums ? Procapil and other ingredients based serums ? Are they better just as compared to minoxidil ?
@@m_swastik I don't think there's anything better than minoxidil as a topical solution. Might be just an advertising technique.
@@anowarsayeed5761 and if I am not mistaken, minoxidil has to be used throughout ince you start else the gains will be lost in weeks.
