I've faced hair loss at the top of my head, and I've learned some things that might help you. Eating a balanced diet with plenty of protein, fiber, healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals is important to stop your hair from falling out. I also found that using natural shampoo, conditioner, and oil regularly of littleextraa cocoonion , like once or twice a week, really helped my hair. If you have dandruff, try mixing tea tree oil and putting it on your scalp. Make sure to dilute it right. Dandruff can make your hair fall out more. It's best not to use hair products with nasties in them. Doing these things helped me a lot with my hair loss.
