He needs to become elite in one area. He's good in everything but not elite in anything. Get one of those attributes to elite and with his other base attributes he will be world class or damn well near it

Josh is playing incredibly well at Norwich at the moment. As well as any striker I’ve seen at Carrow Road. He’s scoring fewer goals than he would because Wagner is substituting him to prevent injury. Team performance drops as soon as he goes off.
The ginger ninja has performed well for club and country. He’s maturing and getting better and better.
Hes got a fair amount of talent. I see him becoming a UCL level player but not world class
