The battery lasts more than 250 hours. I have been using this mousse for 2 years and a battery lasts me about 6-8 months with about 5-9 hours a day P.S.(the Duracel battery last for the longest time )
I use the endurance mode and it's absolutely insane. Not great for super competitive gaming but honestly I use it as a travel mouse because it's just so portable
this is my first wireless mouse, i have this for 1 year and still no issues encountered, i also reduced the weight by changing to AAA battery and some trimming and now its only 71 grams.
Here are some words of experience from someone who has used this mouse since 2020. Overall I like the mouse a lot, insane battery performance, very low latency, comfortable form factor and all that for a very reasonable price. However, I've had some issues that make me hesitant to recommend this mouse to others. First, you have to make sure to keep the receiver very close to the mouse (an extension cable is included) or you might experience some dropped inputs. This distance is a lot shorter than you might be used from other wireless mice. After about 2 years, I had some problems with drag and drop actions. Basically, while physically pressing the left button, it would lose contact for a moment and interrupt your "drag" (this messes up highlighting text, scaling images and dragging windows). To fix this, I had to open up the switch of the button and bend a small metal piece back into shape. This fix lasts for a few months. Lastly, I had the scroll wheel become very stiff after three years and needed to lubricate the mechanism. Overall, I will continue to use the mouse until it completely dies on me, but it feels strange having to perform maintenance on a mouse. I remember using very cheap mice as a kid, treating them with way less care and not having such issues for years on end.
To add to this, I'm currently looking for new mice as I am currently a G305 user and have also experienced the same issue of "interrupted dragging" the culprit is that the switch is double clicking on a single depression of the left mouse button. to resolve it I'm using an Auto hotkey script that removes that second input which has extended the life of this mouse but now a new problem has risen in that sometimes the mouse will click when releasing the button. the thing that I find interesting is that my mouse also started having this issue about 2 years in [Currently 2 years 2 months since ive bought this mouse]. For what its worth the G305 is a great wireless mouse for its price, but due to clicking issue I'm sadly going to have to get a new mouse that performs as well that will last me a long whiles without costing too too much. [1 year update] I got the razer viper v2 pro and i regret it. no more double click issues, now the scroll wheel just doesnt work right. decided to experiment with the Mchose g3 and A5 Pro Max. just got my hands on the G3 and it is exactly the same to the G305, only difference is the side buttons squish in a bit more (not really noticable during gameplay imo) and overall the mouse is lighter and the weight is more centered. Ill continue to update this comment as i get more experience with them.
Hey! I am considering buying this mouse. You mentioned that the receiver should be close to the mouse. How close are we talking about? My current mouse receiver is on the desk with an extension cord about 40-60cm from the mouse itself, is that good distance for this mouse?
I have this mouse, in less tan a year the switches failed, so I had to solder new ones from a crappy asus mouse and its working fine, I love the shape and performance.
yep, had the same issue. mouse click and the dpi cycle button stopped having a satisfying click overtime, then stopped registering about 33% of the time. not fun, but i got it on sale for 20 and it lasted me a solid year. my cons were that there was 0 grip and it slipped around a lot, and obviously the switches degrading.
how loud are the mouse clicks? i still use the old logitech MX518 (considered one of the best mouses) and its sound is so smooth and soft. i don't like the really loud mouse clicks so for me its an important factor

I like mice with really long buttons, because that way, i can regulate myself how much pressure it takes to press down, and it also improved travel time, so if you need to click really fast, you click very far away from the actual switch position to click faster.

The G305 I bought from mid 2021 still works and looks brand new today, although part of the reason is because I clean it once in a while. It showed no problems since I first purchased it, and I've used it for both gaming and productivity. My favorite things about it is battery life and consistency. Logitech absolutely do not make the best scroll wheels. Open up a G703 and take a look at it's construction. It's intentionally designed with a failure point right where you spin, mine broke and I had to fix it with super glue. They are intentionally engineered to fail just outside of warranty. They paid you to say that comment. I can't see why would make such a baslesss claim without opening up the mouse and showing your audience on screen the construction. Explain to me how a single piece black bar on the wheel axel wouldnt have solved every failure problem logitech currently have. It's their primary reason for making these things E-waste and here you are boasting how great it is. Either you have no idea and just made that up, or they paid you to say it. Go ahead and open up a G703 and you will never say that again.

Can I use this on my Xbox series X?
Yes just plug in the usb dongle
Remember after 2-3 years it makes double clicks
Can someone help me out, I'm thinking about buying this mouse, but one thing concerns me is the middle scroll button. Is the middle scroll wheel button click the same as the one in the wired pro g series? Both mouse look almost the same except this one is wireless. One thing I really hate about the g pro is the middle scroll button is so hard to press, I ended up not using it anymore. If the wireless is the same, i guess i will pass on buying this.
i have the same wired one its the exact same mouse basically
the cashual tea bag, you love to see it
How long is maximum from pc with this house(or dongel to mouse length)..I have mine i use about "shortest 3dm up to 5-6meters so alot w the rapoo i use,But had problems w the scroll alot on these n changed it in store up to 5times until i get a working one,But when it finally works it works great at about the same price as this Logitec!
So i will Get this logitec mouse but concerned about how long from dongel it can be used 100% if its less the 1m its out of the question for me(I bought a few controllers+keybords from logitec n always the same problem=how far from dongel i can use it soooo yeaah how far from dongel to mouse is the 100% safe zone for usage??
Hope i will get a response about this soon(in a few days due to need to get a new mouse for my games(cp2077+witcher3+rdr2 n other).

I keep subscribing to your channel and UA-cam, is, unsubscribing me, I think. 😱
Wow, one bad product out of hundreds, it's like saying Instagram is dominating the social media platform, but recently crated added threads now their app is so shit you will never say Instagram is dominating the social media game ever again after trying threads 😂😂 shut up, crybaby
