Using throws to counter his power crush moves in flamengo is clever!

That's mainly why counterhit throws exist in T8: because T8 expects you and your opponent to be spamming powercrush, counterhit throws are the easily accessible counterplay.

@@CometJun_ hahahaha yo Andrew!!! I got into Tekken lately with a bunch of friends and it's too much fun I'm addicted. Obviously I'm a Yoshi main because he's weird 🤣
      How about you?

@@andrei_vasilachi literally on the exact same boat as you. my friends told me to buy tekken, ended up caving in and now im addicted. I also main yoshimitsu cuz of how silly he is. crazy how we meet each other here again lolol.
you doing alright? haven't been able to catch any of your streams as of late.

@@CometJun_ That's great to hear! It's almost like the character we choose says something about the player :)))
I haven't been streaming really tbh, just an ocassional monthly stream or so. Getting off VALO ranked in the last 2 months has improved my mental, not gonna lie. I watch some streams here and there but playing the game competitively seems like too much of a chore.
Tekken, on the other hand, although very hard is also rewarding and it requires less time commitment every time you play (which is the biggest selling point for me). If i get tilted in ranked I just go practice mode or play some lobbies with friends and laugh - something that VALO severely lacks, the actual lighthearted fun.
I may stream some Yoshi Tekken in the future, we'll see. You should too, I'd watch :)

@@andrei_vasilachi I got turbo burned out of Valorant around 6 months ago, havent touched the game since. As much as I loved Valorant when I played, the meta got stale sooo fast. I had the exact same problem you had with Valorant, and eventually it got wayyy too competitive and ended up feeling the game was a job rather than something to dump my free time on for fun. Less mentally taxing playing around yourself rather than trying to micro-adjust every single action your teammates do/don't do in Valo.
Back in the day, I used to play a bit of Soul Calibur, and Yoshimitsu was my go-to main, so when I saw him in Tekken 8, I fell I instantly fell in LOVE with the game. Absolutely loving doing random stuff that the opp have zero clue what I'm doing, I guess troll-characters area just the perfect fit for us LMAO.
Totally down to hop in one of your Tekken streams!

I'm watching this to gather some data on how to counter Hwo as Yoshi but just had to say, after watching EM's streams, it's just not the same without hearing him scream every time he leaves an opening. 😂

      고수반열에 있는 나름 올드유져임 ㅋㅋ
      근데 기본스타일이 많이 들이대고
콤보넣는걸 굉장히 좋아하는 플레이어라 빈틈도 은근히 많은 스타일임

15:16 poor Hwoarang, I wonder if it’s even possible to launch punish this on whiff for him. Because if he’s any closer he probably just gets hit by the unblockable.
