Yep, the DJI sensors have a hard time gauging height when over water, and with surf, the drone probably thinks the ground is moving under it and gets confused trying to keep its place.
Ya man! I was excited to try the downward sensor update. I thought that probably would work. I recorded the whole thing. It doesn’t work in active track. I am so pissed off!!! Lol. I thought DJI would have thought of that by now. Oh well back to the drawing board.
in germany we would call it "luxury problem" 😂 mavic 3 is a beast but I'm a little disappointed with the last firmware update (m3 classic) At some point the already overloaded controller is no longer usable 🤷♂️

@@dashaunduffy5991 Do you mean Neuschwanstein Castle? There are many videos about this, but the area is a no-fly zone (nature reserve), if you get caught you pay, and you also need permission from the castle's rights holder. Just in July, another tourist was injured during an illegal flight (the pilot didn't have the drone under control), so not only the normal police but also aviation security are involved, and a few thousand euros are due. But we also have beautiful lakes, albeit flooded with weekend tourists. But I think that I will go there more often in autumn/winter, especially in the Alpine foothills of Austria. My M3C is currently in service, when it comes back I will go to small pilgrimage churches and monasteries, I hope. In Germany the regulations have become brutal, but it has to be that way: recently there was another idiot on the highway in a traffic jam who wanted to use his drone to see how far it was to the end of the traffic jam. In Germany we have a minimum distance of 100m from the motorway. keep creatin
