At last a video with someone changing the slam panel, every video ive seen they make brackets for the lights or skip that part of fitting . I bought a T5.1 front end and it came with top panel . The 2 bolts that hold the bumper to the wings were rusty as hell everyones look mint 😂 progress so far bonnet and freshly painted wings are on but as you know headlights need to be fixed to the panel . I didn't get the bottom bumper plate and as you not say if t5 will accept the bumper am a bit lost ! Half of my bumper bolts were missing to start with and i bought plug and play harness for the lights but appreciate you have taken time to show how you have wired and shown every part number . Ive decided now to fit the slam panel ive got this far and want it to be done right . Luckily i have some idea what am doing but again am lost with bottom bumper bracket and some brackets your showing Thumbs down . Do you have the slow motion video anywhere on you tube ??
Not remember 100% but just try this: 1. H7 Low Beam: • Pin 2: Connect the ground wire (usually brown). • Pin 4: Connect the power wire (typically white or yellow). 2. H15 High Beam and DRL: • High Beam: • Pin 1: Connect the power wire for the high beam (usually white or yellow). • Pin 2: Connect the ground wire (usually brown). • Daytime Running Lights (DRL): • Pin 3: Connect the power wire for the DRL (typically grey or green). Color and Pin Configuration: • Pin 1: High Beam Power (White or Yellow) • Pin 2: Ground (Brown) • Pin 3: DRL Power (Grey or Green) • Pin 4: Low Beam Power (White or Yellow)
Hi there, I did a face lift but have a problem. My new headlights point low when on dip and when I switch to full beam they point way too high. Any advice for me? Thanks

@@pontoxs1 hi huseyin, I facelifted my van to t5.1. If you need to facelift to t6 you will need to change wings, slam panel and water bottle and also brackets. T5.1 is much easier
