Of note; as of today's update, the lift actually extends through unbreakable blocks, since they can spawn in the center in the usual modes, which previously made it a lot worse if you got unlucky. So lift is now a viable choice.
Oh thank god. I had an unbreakable block spawn in the centre like 5 layers down and got the lift.
Let’s just say I restarted that run so fast 😂
@@lamby2486 the other day I started a prestige run, chose the lift for my first gadget, and ofc on the *second layer* there's a 2 tile thick blob of unbreakable blocks right under the lift. On top of that, this blob happened to be so wide that it basically doubled the time spent going up and down because I had to traverse around it.
To add insult to injury, the gadget choice was between teleporter and lift.
Yeah I gave up on the run eventually. And yeah this is a welcome change.

the cat and the parrot Mutate together = the carrot
all the pets in the game Make New world that has Only pets instead of Shadow creatures so its a torture to kill them (a flying parrot and running at you is a cat )

Started playing dome keeper after watching you recently and the sword is superior to the laser. Change my mind.
Also I'm scared of the maze.
It honestly depends on the world,some worlds have way more flying monsters than melee which the sword will struggle with.
Generally tho the sword is better
the laser is perfect for those who like to Spray n Pray but yeah sword does better in most parts
@@darkspaces5776 The sword has better flying counter with the reflect, bombs and even shooting your swords.
If you pack on the reflecting shield all except the electric enemy are chumps.
