Wow! I had major meltdown last Sept - stress, guilt, self loathing after many years of being a people pleaser. I was on autopilot and felt out of body and mind - unattached to anything and anyone. After much hard work, learning to self love and take responsibilityfor the role I played in that life, I am now happier, my arthritis is 80% better and the weight is coming off now. Much more work to be done but thanks to all Lightworkers who've been doing the work for many years to help prepare us for moving forward in these times. You are really appreciated and loved by many on this planet 🧡🧡🧡

Louise Hay has been the most inspiring and helping guide and motivational speaker I've had the privilege of listening to. I discovered her in 2016 when my life had literally fallen apart (of so it seemed) she got me through the roughest most painful experience of my life. And although I've heard every single audio recording and read every "self help" book as well as buying calendars and cards with her quotes, it is nice to see she is still an inspiration and example to those making a difference helping people now just producing her words again on different ways and subjects.. it just warms me to the core. I love that woman, and thank you for bringing her to your page to continue helping those in need of inspiration and wisdom

I discovered Louise Hay back in 2011 after going through a tough time. Listening to her is like getting a warm hug from my grandmother. I ALWAYS feel better after listening to her, even as she forces to me acknowledge that it is my own thoughts and actions which dictate my experiences. ✨🙏🏾

In the mid 80's taking care my HIV+ partner, I was so blessed to run across Louise Hay. Now, 40 yrs later, at 77 in Hilo, I am fortunate to being saying affirmations
that are healing my skin, microbiome, energy, immunity and calming my mind and emotions. I see my compulsivity as easily replaced by serenity and sanity. LUV 😀 L U V Louise and all her followers.

I love this woman. When I found this, I began repeating word for word. This works so fast. I had chronic pain for a very long time. The worst pain is gone for a week now. I have been having stomach issues and more so lately pain in my feet. I asked the God in to show me what's wrong and how to fix it. @livelaughtloveadorn ME TOO! Her words really had impact. I had done a lot of clearing on a subconscious level. And so I look to for things to make new enhanced mindset or beliefs specifically. I watch her videos to do that. I call it creating the life I want. Very easy to start to not just feel but to see those things appearing in my life.

Ii have stumbled onto this video with Louise Hay or more correctly it found me! I have been doing work on myself and self talk. I've been seeing that I create my life! With laws of attraction. This video has helped me see how I can release the negative thoughts in me that has created the situation. I have had issue accepting Love from a man. Even if things are going great I say he is gonna abandon me ! Eventually reject me! What this does is create this. I release in me the pattern of fear of being rejected , abandoned! I deserve love ❤

I have grown to accept the past as the PAST. I stumbled upon these self help / self love “programs” , for the lack of a better word, a few years ago. It took time for me to accept myself as the person I am today! My life has changed dramatically to the better when I started using what is being taught! I am still

So right - one can see it now all over the world: Stress is fear. Fear from this, frear of that, fearing that this might happen. Our mind tries to protect us with those old fearful stories and warnings of them stored in our memory - or possible projection in the future. Fear cannot exist, if we stay in the present moment.

Besides thinking positive about yourself, I found that you absolutely HAD to remove yourself from negative people.
Destructive or criminal or just your average rock thrower. Then, you wantbto get away from ugly surroundings, you want clean well designed surroundings, happy colors and sunlight. Then you want to avoid types of media stimulation which drags you down. Exposure to bright happy music, is an indispensable factor. I have seen people raise themselves over many decades by just STOP doing what is keeping them down....
