This is by far the best affirmations video I've ever listened to (and I've listened to A LOT). Anxiety has been sky high the last couple of weeks and today is the first day in a long time that I feel GREAT! I felt SO awesome after listening to this video; there's so much good stuff in it. Love Louise Hay! Her books are amazing and this video is amazing! I wish she were still alive to make more awesome things, but I cherish everything that she left for us. Hope everyone has a wonderful week!

Woke up experiencing anxiety and replaying childhood trauma and emotional abuse I am learning to love myself and comfort myself through these triggers , I am letting go of resentment , hurt and fear. Sometimes I feel like I am spinning out of control when I remember things from my childhood but I am letting go of all of that , I am forgiving my parents and letting go . I am safe and I am loved and it was not my fault what happened in the past I want to let go and be healed 🙏🏼
I am dealing with abuse and not feeling safe in my own home. This is calming me down. Reminding me of my power. Hope it helps you as well.
